I am just like you Ramsey, as much as we know, (which is more than most) we don't stop seeking to find somewhere to improve... God Willing we ain't done yet ! Truly I don't have a bunch of internet time, when I do, It's Your Show/Channel that I watch* * * * * Your Pal Paul

As weird as it may sound, I’ve been shadow boxing in my shower for the past month or so. It is helping me keep my elbows in and good practice to keep my hands up, working uppercuts, straights and small hooks. I’ve heard the phrase fighting in a phone booth, well I dont have a phone booth!

@@PunchProfessor Thanks for the kind comment professor. You could see that this guy is extremely technical and was incorporating visualization. He was essentially sparring with an imaginary opponent as opposed to simply zoning out and mindlessly throwing punches. Great volume, footwork, defense, and head movement all exhibited here. This guy is a higher level. Hope all is well in FL. Can't wait to get back into the gym. Miss the commoroderie.

@@elindioedwards1048 Bingo * * * * * All kinds of Stars for the above comment. He gets so into it, that he is lost or gone / somewhere else ! I seen him in the grand lobby at Caesars Palace ... He was shadow boxing and a crowd of people were there all watching him, and he truly did not know they were there... The gym is like a good barber shop where everyone seems to enjoy each others visit ! True Paul

Hot damn, nice balance and control, there is a reason he's an Olympian. Thank you both for the study, back to work we go!

Always the highest quality practical knowledge.

What I love about the higher levels is the agility to be able to do anything you want in any stance. The excuse should never be “... well I didn’t practice that” in a fight.

I love to watch shadow boxing. I can pick one move at a time and try to perfect it, string the things I learn together and reinforce muscle memory. I have to ask you this Paul and it's off subject, can Wilder come back and what does he need to do in the third bout? Jeff.

I like your take, and take away from Shadow Boxing, with the muscle memory thing * * * * * I am big on muscle memory as I have applied it over the many years and attribute it as to why I can still move (on a good day) like I am in my 20s not 60s That, and the fact that God has been very good too me ! Excellent footwork and shadow boxing.. a nice fast European hook using the body, also the follow threw with the hip and fist turnover left cross, well done. My youngest is in amateur boxing. I tell him head movement, footwork and level drops are key and it is a skilled dance. Also to keep his eyes on the target, because it is ten more pounds to rotate and that if your not looking you won't see what coming. Very proud of him.. Excellent footage and info always.
