手技TEWAZA「土佐打刃物」TOSA-UCHIHAMONO (SMITHERY)／伝統工芸 青山スクエア Japan traditional crafts Aoyama Square
起源は明らかではないが、文献の記述によると江戸時代以前から土佐で鎌、包丁、鉈などが製造されていた。現在でも、多岐にわたる工程のそれぞれで手作りにより加工され、調理道具、日常用具等さまざまに製品を生産している。
Although the origin of Tosa-uchihamono or Tosa forged blades is not known, such blade tools as sicjkles, knives, and hatchets are recorded to have been produced here before the Edo period. Even to this day, each of the many processes is manually done. Various knives for cooking and a wide range of blade tools are produced.
