As far as I'm concerned it's just a job like any other. There are cleaners in emergency rooms cleaning blood everyday. People wiping grown people's bums and vomit. There are worse things you can do for money, I myself will move to Zanzibar and be at the beach everyday if I could get paid doing nothing. It's a job, so let them provide the service to whoever is willing to pay for it

Paid for doing nothing? They are risking a life-changing pregnancy, without guaranteed support from the father, or the state. Live in hope, though, that they can snag a vazaha, at least for a while ...

Recent visitor reports ... rate: MGA 50,000 - 60,000 Ariary (USD 12-14) for the night. ST not usual here. Never negotiated prior and always given based on attitude. Never had a problem with the price. Some ask more for the taxi, so give 5,000 or 10,000. For the few 'regular' types, kept for several days: never give any money as such but, of course, take care of them (restaurants, excursions, clothing). Some massage very well, with ilang-ylang oil (5,000 for a small bottle), and kindly offer it before sleeping.

The cost to go with a girl in Madagascar is $2 to $4 for a local and for a foreigners $3 to $7 in nosy be the lady's ask for anything from $7 to €50 depending on how much they think you can pay.

i am from Mozambique !! our country is as beautiful as Madagascar , but more developed and plenty beautiful places with 2900 kms of coastline !!

The reason for sex work in most developing countries is poverty, it’s a dangerous work and it’s a really bad thing if the sex workers are underage
