Many families do this in Colombia because they don’t have money to feed their children. Yes, it might be evil, but it is clearly acceptable for them, and that is how many young women earn they money.

There is no way that child looked 18 when she was 12, I don't care how big her chest is/was. This guy is clearly a mental case and deserves to be where he is. Sadly this happened 12 years ago and he'll be out in a few more years.

"Sadly this happened 12 years ago and he'll be out in a few more years." I don´t agree. It seems he was nice to the girl. Very different from if she had been raped and traded by gangmembers. Imo 12 years for his crime is more then enough. I agree that women need to be protected against exploitation but not through harsh penalties. We simply need better methods. In this case it is obvious that the authorities are not vigilant enough. Giving a few people extremely harsh penalties does not apologize the authorities for lacking vigilance.

@@staffanlundberg How do you know he was nice to her? The clip implied the opposite. And regardless, she was significantly underage, especially by local laws. The fact this wasn't a gang-related incident makes it worse if anything, as there was no middle man where there could be a miscommunication - i.e. in this case it was told in the video that he scouted the girls out himself.

@roland rochon Well technically a 14 year old girl could be considered a fully developed female in many cases. For example a female has nearly an identical mind to her mother when she is around 13 years old. A boy, however, doesn't get to this stage until around 24. So technically the maturity of a 13 year old girl, would be around equal to a 24 year old boy, but you're not complaining about 20 year old boys being in relationships with older women, or heck even women who are 13 (because the 13 year old would be more mature mentally than a 20 year old boy in most cases, and have better decision making ability). In fact you're not likely even complaining about 18-24 year old boys being in gay pornography, or being with older men. That's what's sick. One thing is natural and follows biology, like a girl who is physically mature and mentally mature looking for someone to procreate with, and the most identical matches for a girl around this age would be boys who are over 24. So what I notice is every time I see someone say something like, "wow that girl is way too young, that is so wrong", I find out later that it's just a projection, and they are supporting homosexuality and taking part in all sorts of sick stuff. It's just like the typical high school situation, where someone's like "that girl's weird, don't talk to her" and then you later find out, that the person who said this is completely certified weird, where the one they were suggesting was weird, is still not confirmed weird, but just doing something that might possibly be seen that way. Be careful.

  • @jamesnoonan9302

    @jamesnoonan9302

    Жыл бұрын

@roland rochon Also, technically 14 is not pre-pubescent except maybe in extremely rare cases, so you're actually using this tactic I talked about right now. That's not actually legal pedophilia, and you're talking about a 75 year old man marrying a 14 year old, and making this seem like a "red state" type of thing. That's just bias and propaganda. What then do you think of the movie industry and Hollywood specifically, which is in California which is a blue state? And on what basis are you judging the 75 year old man. There may actually be rare cases where a 75 year old is sexually able to procreate, but male-male is always impossible, so if what motivates a 75 year old to marry a 14 year old is mostly (like 99.9 percent of the time) some sort of perversion or ego gratification, then someone promoting homosexuality would be 100 percent of the time based on ego gratification and perversion.

This is so sad. Unfortunately it happens here too. I was raped by a group of grown men at 14. Still have PTSD from it and I'm 33. I live in Australia where age of consent is 16. Even with quite a bit of evidence my case was not worth going to court over. A girlfriend of one of the men gave my mum polaroids that she found of the incident. (yes the sick bastards photographed it) My own parents destroyed the polaroids that could have been used as evidence because at the time their reaction was to be angry at me for sneaking out of home instead of getting me the help I needed they shamed me. I have forgiven them but as a mother I don't understand. I have one son. He is my world if something like that happened to him I would fucking kill the perpetrators there is no way I would blame him. I became a mum at 16 by that age my childhood was long gone. And thank God for my son he gave me a reason to live

take mumbai where they said 100k people who work in government in one form or another have been with an underage......so if the corruption is that wide, how will they stop that? the documentary I saw about this was nasty, the pimp ended the young persons life when they got too old for a specific clientele, just took them out into forest and shot them and buried them, pimp freely admitted it in an interview, they were just merchandise to him, he does not care if they were just 14 when he blew their brains out, it was the same as throwing a way a chewed gum when no more flavor.....they are not humans to them, just a disposable product once they no longer produce as much as they did in the start when they can claim they are virgin and the first 6 times after that by adding stiches so they bleed again.....authorities does not stop it because they enjoy a young one now and then as well and if they would fix it their supply would dwindle and they might even get arrested....this indian documentary had pressed the gov to do something so they put in a special task force which were 3 people....3 police officers plus a few foreigner who volunteer to help these girls.....3 cops to scan almost 13 million people in Mumbai.....and this was Mumbai ONLY, imagine other cities in India....

Nareg Ploozian worrying thing is that it's surely easier to catch the gangs and see what they're up to but only 3 foreigners have been caught and not ones who went through the obvious channels. It suggests that he probably got noticed by the gangs and they were upset he took one of their targets that they were looking at as a "prospect". The gangs were worried that a rich foreigner might take their best virgin prospects and had links to police to get him arrested. Had he gone through them, I wonder if he'd have been caught.

Kevin Skipp obvious lies? The girl who was 12 years old is 16 in this interview. She looks like she could easily pass for late 20's or early 30's. Of course she would look and act more childlike in front of her mother, but it's not uncommon for teenagers to appear much older than they actually are, especially with makeup and mature clothing. Honestly, it's not that hard to believe he didn't know. It makes more sense to believe those girls knew what they were doing. They wanted easy money and decided to lie about their ages to get some, because that's how it works. Either way, that man is obviously just being used to make an example. The low hanging fruit is good enough for politicians, which makes it good enough for the police. They won't catch any real criminals.

Nauq00 erm...what? 20s or 30s? Are you mad. She looks her exact age. I would be dubious if she claimed to be 17...and she wasn't a teenager when she was 12. If you really think that 3 and a half years earlier, which is a huge amount of time at that age, she could have passed for 18 then you need your head examined. She clearly isn't "well endowed" now...which is how he described her. So she certainly wasn't back then. I don't care how much makeup she was wearing...she needs it NOW to (maybe) look possibly 18. Back then she couldn't have looked 18 at all. There's no way someone who looks like a skinny teenager today and needs to wear make up and a Low cut dress TODAY to try a fool someone could have possibly looked 18 three and a half years ago when she was still 12.

As soon as their girl is born or they get an ultrasound, start saving enough money to cover the cost that the pedophiles pay. Obviously this will be impossoble for families in svere poverty. Did you miss the part where they said the girls were groomed and threatened? Please don't make ignorant comments. If you do even the slightest research you'll know that SO MUCH abuse happens under the SAME ROOF as the victim and the parents don't find out because the attacker is able to threaten and groom the victim into silence. And most abuse happens when the attacker is known to the victim - and that is how the grooming begins. So the parents wouldn't know because the daughters would have never had the courage to tell them.

Human trafficking is a real thing even now when there are women who do this on their will, its never enough for men, they always want more. Most of the time the men visiting brothels and these kind of places are men who have family and kids of their own. People doing wrong always make excuses for themselves, like strippers who call themselves "dancers", and prostitutes who say "oh but I don't kiss, that's my rule", as if it makes a difference. So here the convicted child molester says "oh but they were tall... and she was 14 1/2, not 14". Yes and what about the 12 year old? No one is going to mistake a 12 year old for an 18 year old. Actually, he didn't say he thought they were 18, he said, he "thought it was alright", ie, maybe she was 15 or 16 but that was OK by him

  • @kevinskipp8016

enigmatum100 it IS possible for a 12 year old to look much older. I've met a girl once myself who I knew was 12 but she could pass for 18. I would have guessed 16 or 17 and would have asked for ID if I was a barman etc (18 is old enough to drink here in UK) but she was passable as 18, you wouldn't have questioned her too much, I'm sure there's others who look even older and where you wouldn't have any serious doubts. However in the case here the guy is full of it. She looks her exact age, which is now 16. She does look tall...but three and a half years earlier there's no way that even with makeup she could have looked 18. She needs makeup now to try and pass for 18. Never mind when she was 12.

According to the psychology, it's usually the people (relatives and others) and the society the ones who made more harm to people's mind that went through similar things like this, because, given their short personal experience, they may have never felt or thought in such way, until, others came to tell them things like what that mother said or they judgmentally ask them "why did you let them do that to you?", that can make them feel it was also their own fault or they allowed that bad thing to happen and they're now marked for life.

That poor girl! And I bet she was crying and screaming when he assaulted her, and yet he went ahead anyway - so not exactly consensual. He knew exactly what he was doing, that she was a child, an innocent virgin, terrified out of her wits.... he deserves his sentence BIG TIME.

It universal problem...of every country and continent. Sometimes, I pray please God take away every girl from this earth. But then, thought comes mind..we can't give up..There are people like Satyendra Satyarthi and lakhs , who are fighting in India to make India prostitution free, govt are taking steps to empower girls to end poverty. Present may be dark, but with the good deeds of some people ...future is bound to be bright. May Maa Durga's feminist power shower blessings on every girl on this earth, and every women , even men can feel safe from sextual assaults...
