Epic comment. I liked the cat hair the most, lol.
Not one, not two, but three different ways to attach the hair, plus the patience to complete the project using your stash! You explain what you're doing so well, and your reveals are always so fun!

Thank you so much!! I'll take some picture with the final outfit in Japan!
If you'd described this costume I would have thought it was going to be a nightmare, but it's actually incredible! Your skill and creativity is so inspiring!
That’s actually a gorgeous and flattering gown, even with the hair. Wow! All the work you did cutting out the appliqués really elevated it to something lovely! NotYourCat seems so content and sassy - especially love the fact that his fur is perfectly suited for getting all over everything and being super visible, lol! Please pass on skritches from me. He is a delightful little noodle!
Gorgeous and creepy at the same time. Fun fact: the herringbone stitch in Germany is called “Hexenstich” - witch stitch. So I find it very fitting you used it here for your creepy project 😊

So cool!
This project is so cool! I think it’s so interesting to use non-traditional materials like synthetic hair for costumes, and the way you implemented the hair here (especially with the crochet/weaving technique you used) was just fantastic and led to some incredible results (especially for a Bayonetta Costume)!!! Excited to see what you do for the accessories! Also, given that you are cosplaying Bayonetta, will you be making a Jeanne costume for Beryl? If so, I hope you do a video on that build process!! ❤💜♥️

Absolutely! She will wear my red sequins christmas dress to match the vibe😊
I giggled when the hair had to be braided for travel. Whether on our heads or on our gowns, hair takes care (did not mean to rhyme but hey, why not). Even without the cosplay accessories, this gown is a work of art. Nice to see, "cat, who is not my cat" rightfully acting so royally privileged.
So much better than the met gala and red carpet if I'm honest. This gowns has a great balance of classy, sexy and weird, which is something most designers simply can't pull off 😅. Your content is always inspiring and you are so funny, I have so much fun watching your videos and learning new things. Now I will go research the herringbone stitch 👍

Amazing work 😍 Absolutely fabulous and creepy at the same time.
I love the cat cameos. Wish I had a neighbour cat like that!

It is to store nice comments like yours ❤
The way you picked the hair through the fabric reminds me of how Doll customisers reroot doll hair! So fascinating ❤
Wait WHAT? The way you inserted the zipper into a seam and then just unpicked the stitches was GENIUS
The design of this gown is absolutely gorgeous, and the hair texture is the perfect blend of creepy and elegant! It matches perfectly with the corset, you'd never know they weren't designed at the same time. Also thank you once again for the flashing lights warning! I was able to pause it and then just slide around to other paused moments to look at the dress without dealing with the flashing lights themselves.
THANK YOU for the flashing light warning ❤ I did some play, look away, pause, repeat so I could watch and it's amazing. Really appreciated
This is just so creepy, and beautiful, and gothy! Girl you slay every time! You certainly are a boss ass witch! 💜🖤
All of that AND it has pockets?!?!! Best dress EVER!!
Bayonetta type fit with the hair- No seriously I just love how you managed it, it looks super cool and it fits you really well!
Your patience to work with hair is astounding. I would be getting so annoying at the tangles and clinginess! Can't wait to see it with accessories!
Amazing as always ❤️ Wasn't sure at first about the hair coming through the fabric but of course you made it look fantastic 😀 I would watch you make anything.

I wasn't sure either 🤣
I think your formal Bayonetta costume would look perfectly on theme for the formal ball held on Friday night at Anime Weekend Atlanta, and I applaud your dedication working with so much hair!
I'd sew a weft or two around the bottom to pile on the creepy factor - I always loved the hair look challenges on RuPaul's Drag Race, so this was awesome. As always ❤️, love to see your channel grow 🌺
I just want to say that I (we, surely) see how much work you put down on the "reveal" parts of your videos, with all the make up and hair and choreography and editing and I love them. They are SO much fun to watch and really shine a light on what a creative person you are ❤
The appliques at the top of every seam of hair really elevated the whole gown and tied it all together!
This is such a fun and creative idea! I hope you´re going to do a vlog when you´re in Japan again, I´m reeeeaaaaally looking forward to seeing you in this costume there! And btw: Your videos have inspired me to do sooo much sewing! I often just listen to the ones I already know while sewing my own projects, but I´ve also sewn the pleated trousers you did for the Aurora costume, a corset, a top that was heavily inspired by your Britney Spears costume and a pair of really comfy pants thanks to your instructions :D sooooo thanks for being such an inspiration and putting so much work into your videos! I´ve been watching them for over a year now (since the heart handbag which is still one of my favourite videos) and I think that your videos have improved by a lot since then. The editing and the overall qualiy, your english skills, the variety of different crafts included, and the little tutorials and tips you give us all the time (and probably also your sewing skills in general but I´m not the one to judge this, I guess you´ll always stay a sewing goddess in my eyes xD)! I absolutely love everything about your channel and I plan to become a patreon member as soon as I´m in a better place financially - your incredible art deserves all the support!

Thank you very much, this is so nice! I am so happy that it got you crafting your own things♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
That is so weirdly brilliant.
I love how humble you are! You're so sweet and talented! Thanx for your positive attitude and for sharing your craft with Us 🎉❤🎉
Morticia Addams would love it! It looks creepy and glamourus and awesome.
Wow, that's actually a surprisingly wearable, glamorous gown! I think it has potential to be the base for a few different creepy costumes, too. Morticia, naturally, a non-specific witch, maybe even a dark Rapunzel?! Can't wait to see the accessories you come up with for the final costume!
I think my favorite part of all your videos are the reveals!!
I don't have any money to contribute, but I watch the commercials and I click on them. I love your work and I'm very glad I found your channel. You sense of humor and creativity are so amazing!
I swear you always come up with the craziest ideas, but somehow you make beautiful and fun finished products!!! Blows my mind every time! Great job!!!!

OMG BAYONETTA YESSSSS!! This is so creative and fun! I absolutely love the way it turned out.
These skills could verrryyy easily transition into the best bayonetta cosplay ever 😮
Morticia would 100% approve
your constant creativity stuns and inspires me, especially when you use unusual materials like this and your wood skirt. the hair skirt is giving me sadako from the ring/ringu vibes. the flow of it is amazing and you're right, it would look cool as a cape.
Your creativity is so inspiring
I've been dreaming of many different things lately to make. While watching a few of your videos for the first time ever today, I decided to draw these designs and will make them a reality!!! Thank you for sharing your process and creativity!!!
bayonetta would be proud
Ariel, please know that even your weirdest and creepiest projects inspire me so much - I love to watch your videos while knitting or crocheting, so I can watch while my hands autopilot. Right now I'm moving house, and I have a bag full of old clothes that I want to start pulling apart or decorating or otherwise playing around with once we're settled. You showed me that you don't need to buy new material every time, and it's okay to try something that doesn't work. The trick is having fun along the way, and your videos are always so much fun! Thank you, and I hope you keep having fun...because no matter what you do, whether it's painting a wall or fighting with velvet or sharpening a crochet needle, if you're having fun (or laughing at it even while you're frustrated!) we're all having fun too. 💖
It's so weeeiiiirrrdddd, you did an amazing job🎉
Weird and wonderful! J'ai hâte de voir le tout fini avec accessoires!!
So beautiful! 😮🩷 You're so dedicated and i for one appreciate that. The reusing of materials these days are important. 👍 So glad you have those gorgeous ( i hope to know one day) sheets from Brooklinen and who are we kidding they will be an extra special costume one day 😘
Beautiful dress! The reveal made me think of the portrait of Madame X!

Yes ! Good one !
I thought she was so cool, one of my favorite games from the 360 era! Cool to see her as a gown!
I think this is a really fun outfit and I really hope your wig blends into the dress
I'd love to see the way you use this gown both for bayonetta and for morticia!
Morticia Addams and Cousin It in one gown. I love it.
Love the cat assistant at the end begging to help 😂❤
Love this gown! I too am all about using what you have, using interesting unconventional items, and picking totally time-consuming character-inspired costumes to make😂. I also have a furrrrbaby to add specialness😄
Trop bien! Yes, yes, a Morticia costume, she is my all time heroine
I love how Not-your-cat is so comfortable there!
Omg thank you so much for warning me of the flashing lights,.as an epileptic this means a lot to me.
I love love LOVE Bayonetta she is such an icon and was the best smash character for a reason. Great to see you cosplay her ❤
Holy Inferno this SCREAMS Bayo! ❤❤❤
The reveal reminds me of Cruela devil.🤩
The reveal with the music *chef’s kiss
Far and sway The Best content on youtube. Always immaculate crafting coupled with original designs. Fab. Thanks for posting.
You do the best reveals. I have no desire/need for a glamorous hair dress, but I do envy you getting to strut your stuff!
And again you outdid yourself! I love so much how you think out of the box. Truly inspirational.
You had me at Bayonetta!!!!
It’s STUN-NING👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻I wish we could see a longer shot of the full length close up, especially in the back. The reveal video is fabulous but it goes by so quick and it’s so far away that we don’t get to appreciate all of the hard work and details you put into it.❤🖤
I wish I could wear that. I think it’s gorgeous! I think you should wear it all the time, you look beautiful and magical! ❤❤❤❤❤
Very cool, very weird, very Addams family for Halloween. You will definitely make an impact on the red carpet! I'm really looking forward to seeing the completed outfit!

I meant to comment on your neighbor cat! NotYourCat seems to be the perfect name for him but he certainly makes himself at home!
Its giving vintage Mugler I’m obsessed
How magnificent! I felt your pain when you sewed the horsehair to the wrong side😂. The dress turned out beautifully yet creepy. Perfect!❤
You are so clever! 😀 Your things always look great 🌻 Congratulations on being judges🎉🌠🦋
The skirt is so cool and weird at the same time! Looking forward to see the full costume.
The hair trim turned out so cool
I've heard of Bayonetta, but never played! This dress is gorgeous, I would never have had the confidence to puncture the hair through like that. It looks amazing, and I think it's really cool you picked this character!
with a bit of creepy and pockets! I forgot about the pockets for a bit. seeing pockets in a fancy evening dress like this is a little brain hickup. and I love it.
I live for your reveals. Amazing work as usual.
I love the just-a-bit-uncomfortable (to the onlooker!) vibe! 🖤
I love your videos and love the idea of a Morticia Addams outfit for Halloween!
SO happy to have found you!!!!! Thank you for doing what you do ✨♥😀♥✨
Alexander McQueen would be proud of your creation! ;)
When I saw the title of the video I immediately thought bayonetta and then you said you were creating a gown inspired by her and I was like YAYAYAGAGAGAGAAYYAYAYAYAYAY
Perfect for Bayonetta! I can't wait to see it all together with the wig, accessories and of course iconic glasses! The beading really ties it all together.
This looks much better then I thought it would
Whoa, that takes fringe to a whole new level!
loved this and the dress also can't wait to see to you walk down the red carpet in your next video.💓💗💞❤💕💓💗
The gown looks fantastic on you, with the perfect touch of creepy!
Yeah at first I was like ’what’ but that turned out really cool. I like the hair, it gives the look dimension as does the beadwork
Thank you for the flashing lights warning 🙏💓
I love the dress! It's creepy in a lovely way. Your humor and is my favorite. The kitty demanding attention made me giggle out loud! Winning the cosplay award in Japan is a big deal because the Japanese are so innovative and skilled in fashion expression. My life doesn't allow me to make costumes right now, but you do inspire me to sew more. Usually mending, but we can be creative with that, right? Right? 😁 Thank you for doing what you do, and warm hugs for you!
Love it. That corset is so gorgeous
I love this dress. Not gonna lie, I screamed when you filed the Crochet hook (I'm a crocheter) 😅
Love the end results ! Glamorous and quirky ❤
I didn't think this would work but it did and I am so sorry for doubting you! I love it! ❤
It’s a wonderful dress! It made me think of John Singer Sargent’s Portrait of Madame X
Great video, its great to see you work with unusual materials.
I love your crochet hook of doom, that made me giggle a lot. And Not Your Cat seems very happy and healthy. Le Reveal, c'est super beau! (sorry, French Canadian accent) I love how swishy it ends up being, and it's really flattering. The song you chose is absolutely perfect.
Flawless drying technique, I use it often when drying skirts 😂
i have an idea of gown that is going to take a lot of ressource and thinking and i wouldn't wear much buèt watching your videos makes me think it might be worth the try
J'ai tellement hâte de voir le costume final 🥺 Le concept est génial et tu me surprends toujours dans ton niveau de détail et de créativité !! Aussi.... est-ce que Béryl aura un matching cosplay ? 👀👀

Evidemment♥️
Gorgeous dress! I would have liked to see the nap go up instead of down to make the skirt look a rich deep velvety black. With the nap down, it looks lighter and shiny, but I suppose it highlights the appliques and hair that way.
Damn that is some serious costuming commitment!
Your so funn... How am I just seeing you for the first time, I just love your creativity
I can't find the words for how absolutely fabulous this is! 😍 🖤
