Just think of the floods we had in 2019!!! And, the basement backups many had!
Ive seen that dinner in the sewer tunnel repeated in various different city sewer histories.... Makes one wonder if it's just made up or was a common event 150 years ago.
the garden thing might be a good thing But what about the trash it pick up along the way Just asking Do they have some kind of way to collect the trash before it hits the river
