    grabbing a thick stick in the middle, and pick up a kettlebell from the ground by hanging it on the stick from the ulnar side of my wrist and shruging it.

    Its good that the force is pushing the bottom two fingers up like a person with a good back pressure and pronation would do to us! Definitely will try this💪

    Im not strong enough to do pullups with the rope in that position, so the table variation is great for this exercise to be able to work with a proper weight. Amazing exercise

    Is a rope better than using a towel, or multispinner? I feel the pinky is weak when hooking. And ppl can counter by low hand. Dont know how to set the hook when facing a low hand.

    How often does your regimen change? You upload videos doing a lot of different exercises, do these all end up as part of your routine? Or are some of them temporary for a specific event?

    Change every two weeks or so, and yes there are a lot of exercises, I only film one exercise per workout, which consists of 5-7 exercises so you can imagine
