One of the traditions in the Muslim world during Ramadan was to not entirely focus on the Qur’an, but to also read from the hadith collection of Imam al-Bukhari. In fact, scholars still do a khatm of Sahih al-Bukhari in the Masjid of the Prophet in the Rawdah every year.
