Watch loses 5 to 10 minutes every hour after setting to correct time.
Suspect battery was replaced but issue persisted, therefore suspect battery contacts need cleaning with alcohol or switch cleaner.

Note that the app (Juicy Couture Connect) for communicating with the watch is no longer compatible with latest version of Android or available on the Google store. You can download it from another site but this is a waste of time as it doesn’t work, no way to register the software either. Apple may have a version that works!!
Noticed that this manly looking ladies fashion watch would fit my wrist so shown how to remove the linking plates so as the watch strap can be laid out fully open for fitting avoiding going over the manly hand. For guidance only I am not a watch engineer.
