John is the best of all time by far....It was a compliment to John that he was able to win while in poor form that year....

His transition to the press was beautiful!

John was pretty active until 2015 and had some great wins, but in 2010 you could begin to see some decline. He finished 4th in his weight class at this tournament

john was in a fantastic shape in 2010, he used 200 mg tren for zloty tur for 4 months then, said it himself on a live stream. He felt very strong, that was probably the strongest john we ever saw.

Tokarev did a dangerous move at the end,putting rotary torque on your tibia like that can make it snap any second. just check out the megaman vs samuelson strongman armwrestle.

@bscutajar And if your tendon connects just one centimeter away from the fulcrum (further from the elbow), the amount of leverage addition is tremendous..Also, if you have more fast twitch fibers than slow twitch, you muscle may look small, but be alot stronger. Take the factor you mentioned and/or take others, you have Voevoda or 2006 Brzenk power.

John Brzenk was very weak in 2010, many guys beat/almost beat him, I think it is the year when John's injury started

I wasn’t following the sport back then, but it’s clear that John is struggling on the pin and nowhere else. He wins the hand comfortably, and whenever he gets up to defend it looks so easy and beautiful. Then the transition to the press, so smooth! Truly the GOAT only beaten by time.

you would be hard pressed to break your tibia in an armwrestling match, the tibia is in your leg. The torque is on the humerus (upper arm) or radius and ulna (forearm)

@coriglianotube it's amazing tbh. im kind of like him, my arm is rather thin but i manage to beat guys who are a lot bigger then me. it's just that most people, including big guys only use 40% of their muscle fibres at any one time, however, some people can train to use lets say 80%. this means a muscle can be as powerful as another muscle twice the size.

Brzenk had a stronger forearm, hand, wirst, and tricep here. Not sure what you are seeing that was stronger on Sergiy .

you cant press your leg or foot against the table like that and not get disqualified.....lame!!! that should have over right after that weak ass shit!!
