Welcome to Korea. I really enjoyed your video. I want to tell you the reason why there is no trash bin in Korea. We should buy a standard garbage plastic bag to throw waste, which you can buy at any supermarket nearby. So there is no free bin for trash. In my case I bring my trash back home. Hahaha😂 Hope you enjoy your trip in Korea.

SK is one of destinations that I want to have a trip, Thanks E&A I could see that ppl are so kind and they manage city very great clean road no stray dog, cat no garbage piling up. I have never made my own bibimbap at a restaurant. You went to a very budget place that offers self-service bibimbap. The price is very low and it's good because you get to put as much as you want, but it's not standard. Usually bibimbap in Seoul is around 9,000 to 10,000 won and not 5,000 won.

In the little minimart, sujeonggwa is in that yellow can. Made of cinnamon, sugar, a bit of ginger. Stuff is good. The other one that the lady was suggesting was a rice punch. It's nice and sweet and ricey.

Welcome to Korea! You made a great choice! To experience the real Korea, the best way is to visit a local neighborhood or market. Famous tourist destinations like Gwangjang Market, Myeongdong, and Hongdae are expensive and the food quality is not that great. Korea is a place with 24-hour entertainment and food, so I hope you will make many good memories in Korea.

If you're going to Japan next get used to the ordering machine haha. When I went most restaurants in big cities and touristy towns, even some small local ones, will have these machines and you give the order ticket to the cooks.

Finding public trash bins is extremely rare. Just find a western fast food place to dispose of your trash and use their bathroom. If you're traveling a lot by subway or buses, just purchase a t-money card at any convenience store and put some money in it (It's like a debit card). Give the cashier some money and he or she will load your card with the amount you gave. You can also use that card to make purchases in convenient stores. With the loaded t-money, you can swipe and go anywhere using the subway or buses.

I like your challenging travel style. I'm sure no Korean eats cold noodles for breakfast.😂😂 And next time you have a chance to eat Bibimbap, mix it thoroughly and eat it with a spoon. If the red pepper paste and sesame oil are not mixed well, it will taste a bit strange.

First thing I noticed when I started this video, was even though nice side walk is there, both of you were walking on the street.

The place where you put the garbage after eating the Mandoo is for residents-only area. When you throw garbage on the street, you must put it in a garbage bag and dispose of it in a designated place. have a nice trip.

일반적인 냉면은 메밀면이 아닌 타피오카 전분이고 평양냉면이나 '메밀'이라는 말이 들어간 메뉴만이 메밀함량이 꽤 들어가 있고요. 순면은 메밀 100%라서 툭툭 끊깁니다. 메밀의 향을 느끼고 싶으면 막국수 전문점이나 평양냉면집으로 가시면 되요. 그리고 비빔밥은 꼭 참기름을 넣어주세요. 그래야 맛이 살아납니다.

Not gonna lie, I expected UK prices in Seoul, considering the average Korean salary is slightly higher after tax than in the UK. That £3 bowl would easily cost £12 in London, even if you opt for cheaper options in the suburbs, it's still around £10. Seeking cheap eats, usually low quality and highly processed stuff, won't cost you less than £5. No wonder some of my British friends are leaving the country😢 In their parents' times, housing wasn't affordable, and now, eating out isn't either, you have to cook all the time. Im currently in Cambridge, a small "city" with 150k people (village vibes for me 😂), where prices are still 80% of London's. That is when you realise how unaffordable the UK has become😢

I think where tourists go it might be expensive but you know us were always in strange parts of town aha getting good deals. Yeah UK is silly nowadays my parents tell me. Even in Blackburn this food would cost you over £10. Everyone thinks everyone in UK is rich for some reason!!
