Senzo Meyiwa Murder Trial | Witness drops a bombshell and then makes a u-turn: Sipho Kekana
In a day that started on a low note in court, things heated up in the post-lunch proceedings as a new witness in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial dropped a bombshell in his evidence-in-chief - and then - made a complete 180 degrees under cross-examinations.
Jack Buthelezi, who is accused 2 Bongani Ntanzi's friend, told the high court in Pretoria that Ntanzi had told him he was arrested for illegal possession of ammunition and for killing the former Bafana Bafana captain.
However, under cross-examination, Buthelezi changed his tune, saying the Ntanzi had said it was the police who said he and his friends had killed the football star.
Meyiwa was shot and killed at his former girlfriend Kelly Khumalo's home when two intruders allegedly stormed into the house before a scuffle broke.

Daily this trial seems to reveal this prosecution to be malicious.
I have a feeling Mosia was instructed by the plotters to leave the crime scene so that Mhlahllo will come and plant the bullet. He was supposed to make it appear as if he had a case to attend to. According to pocket book and other records it appears as if Mhlahlo got to the scene earlier than him on the 27th and discovered the bullet. In the report they both lied to say Mosia arrived first that morning, yet he arrived about an hour later. One wonders why they went to all this trouble. I don’t believe his camera was not working either. They just wanted to get rid of the photos he had initially taken

Translation here is an issue... The translators have a tendency of misinterpreting witnesses or lawyer's statements... I'm actually worried, I heard the witness stayed with Ntanzi someone who's never committed a crime in his life was arrested, because they found ammunition is the same place, he shared with the witness who's revealed in court that he's served jail time and none of them between the two were present in the house at the time of the search.

IInterpreter cannot take side 😂😂😂they dom they need to get someone that can listen well and Interpreter well its that easy maybe they should get someone with higher education to do that job and not any tom off the streets
How was that a bombshell? That guy was threatened to lie. But the questioning from Stevovo made it difficult for witness to keep on lying.

You can see that something is wrong with this witnesses..is either they are threatened or paid to lie. Mthoko was fed up during his cross examination n he wanted to reveal the truth....he said Longwe didn't greet them. After Senzo was shot he said he borrowed phone to call Mandisa n dts y Mandisa arrived in the hospital immediately...others called Chicco...y Chicco of all the people
He never kill senzo
That U-Turn hawu so Baloyi tried to play it in his favor as a confession shuuuu...😅😅 Man this case compromised in many aspects eish, I hope the truth will one day be revealed...

@@ntombikaysedanisa8645 Yes the judge said so but what gesture? He didn't elaborate like they did with accused 5. Maybe what ever happened it meant nothing. Zandile and Tumelo have intimidated witnesses and advocates in court too but nothing was said to them or about their behaviour.

Inside a pocket-book, as an Officer - One knows that before any entry ,time must be recorded then proceed with the "Report". Therefore writing a statement with time "assumed" dims the recording UNOFFICIAL.

People want justice but they already know what happened to Senzo Meyiwa yet they don't come forward. If anyone come up with concrete proof that Kelly or Longwe killed Senzo, pls come forward so that Kelly can be arrested because Noone who was in that house admits that, if not let's trust that the state will do the right thing and convict whoever killed him and those who benefited from such. His friends also said there were intruders, even Mthoko who left that same day maintains there were two intruders

I am sure Kelly should be given her day in court to give her testimony. It does not mean she is the killer but just to answer questions about those intruders and what happened afterwards. Isn't it they are looking for evidence? If they are, then everyone who was in the house that fateful night must be called to say what they saw or happened. Everyone wants justice.
The problem with these cross questions, they basically give words in the mouths of the witnesses, for instance this one , he said he was arrested for shooting zenso then she make it easy for him to change story, did you say you were arested for shooting Senzo z OR DID you say they accused you the police? because of this question ❓ she is making it easy for him to lie z don't as k questions that' make a witness choose which one is suitable to get him out of trouble
