I can say its more like a mild depression. But therapy really helped me. So its been more than 16 years now without it.

I can see this man's face does not look right; I don't even know if he knows who he is most of the time. He is on medication. He also has psychosis with a severe mental illness like Bipolar disorder. I don't think people in his community would recognise his illness or the severity of it. As I can surmise from most of these comments people are very unaware of what typical behaviour vs abnormal behaviour looks like. To the untrained eye, nuances are easily dismissed as “acting”.

Mental health is real!! Unfortunately, in this case. His mental health records should be carefully check. He is a former University of Venda Nurse graduate. I knew him when I enrolled as a student nurse in 2006. His behaviour would speak for himself and I understood his condition when I was doing Psychiatry Nursing. He was considered harmless at School of Health, but aware of his mental status.
