Terribly sad. Thank you to this guy for narrating so well, you get the real feel of this disaster. Better than news reader, no disrespect but the emotion here is real
I felt that emotional pain from Tom. 😢😢
Umdloti to Ballito is the most dangerous place to build in. All people from Durban know how weak that sand is. Its insane how we continue building there. Each time we have floods these areas insanely damaged. The land then confuses us by being too expensive as well, that land should be cheap so people can hire quality surveyors, structural engineers and civil engineers each time they build... My Uncle nearly lost an employee at one of the estates mainly because the scaffold moved after heavy machinery caused sand to move as well. Be careful guys and thank you to the guys that helped here
Let's pray for Southern Africa.Lord have mercy.
Oh Lord. We are still traumatised by for George building incident, anorther one. Prayers to all
Condolences to the families So very sad. Prayers for the family
3:20 Asking an obviously traumatised bystander what the voices sounded like, asking him to relive the moment. No interviewing skills. Pointless question, and most importantly, NO EMPATHY. Please train your journalists for interviewee sensitivity.

This is extremely sad
RIP to the deceased and condolences to the families. Tom thank you for your succinct summary of what happened. The emotions are real and this must be traumatic. Something needs to be done to protect construction workers
LORD have mercy
This breaks my heart my dad also works in construction.
So sad... Ballito is a beautiful place
Durban must be investigated thoroughly. The area is full of sinkholes and the soil is loom and too loose

Thank you for speaking reality. From uMdloti to Ballito its insane to imagine how people build there from the sand quality
When will people stop working for employers that don’t value your safety? If you’re fired you can get another job as hard as it may be but if you die your family will lose a breadwinner. No job is worth your life.
What is a subbub?
Why build in a mountain of dirt?
My condolences to the family of the deceased
Terribly sad, the person interviewed, these collapse are really demonic.

I'm sorry may Almighty make it easy on you and the works and their families

Of course mass slaughter of innocent people comes first. Those same Palestinians that you moan about are the one who supported the black people in the Apartheid struggle

There is nothing wrong with his English. If you were in the UK, they will ask you if you went to school, because your English would be considered putrid.

South Africa, or Southern Africa,-? Do you know something that needs to be reported to the Department of Labour. Another employer that broke Labour & Health and Safety Laws? They will all be exposed one by one.
