Mnisi started talking when this judge is talking 😂 until Mnisi started raising his voice direct to this judge😂 and the judge backed Off 👍👍👍 now the judge is on Nxumalo and Mshololo. Nxumalo told the court he is not here to debate with the court. He has made his application. The court must decide. . . Nxumalo is taking non of this paper tiger judge going around.bullying defence in front of these corrupt witnesses brought by corrupt NPA ☹️☹️☹️ As the court presses My Lord 🤣

I don’t like how the judge bullies and always undermines Nxumalo. I wonder if he was real done with his cross examination or he was fed up😢…On the other hand I also understand what the judge is saying that Nxumalo is stating that the bullet projectine found matches with the accused no3’s gun, which means this implicates the accused. Whereas Mnisi said accused no3 does not have any match with the crime he’s been accused of🥴.

I agree with you he is not happy with this Judge, and he put it out there I was not always a defense advocate, I was a prosecutor for 10 years.
