I'm not happy with the judge it seems like he has a tendency of answering on behalf of the witnesses and he's always against the defence attorneys , he's acting more like a prosecutor than a judge

If Meyiwa was shot by the intruders the Catridge would be found on the floor but now he was shot by one of those who were in the house that is why the cartridge was not found...The cartridge was removed because of the serial number then the owner of the GUN would be discovered..obvious we know whose gun that shot Meyiwa.

This is an officer who lacks confidence and on the day was very incompetent. The judge sides with him that he could not tell anything had happened. Did he ask Themba why he was in the house and if the neighbours had confirmed someone had been shot in that house. The problem with the judge try so hard to prove his intellectual capacity and he at times become irrelevantly so interrupting..I still belive with him,justice will be served thou 🙏🏽and quicker than it could have been This witness can cancel cartridge and put bullet but he failed to cancel the mistake of that he found the bullet on the floor not on the zink as he indicated on same sentence…is amazing how he managed to spot that mistake but failed to spot the crucial mistake on zinc vs floor Seems to me that second docket had relevant statements and pictures which were not taken at 1st docket like the pictures of the park 😳

Mshololo is true when the crime committed is police responsibility to take control of the scene no matter if you are the owner of the house. Police must take control until they are certain of the crime. Uncle was supposed to be asked to wait outside until further notice. outside..Among 4 police officers not even a single one who thought of the ryte decision. Very funny

Neighbours bafika ngokuphazima kweso after hearing the whistle blower and noise however Makhulo told them that Senzo has been shot by intruders . Ku closing argument the state and their Attorney's will say or argue that balakha nini itulo lokuthi kwangena ama intruders ngokushesha okungaka. Thats my take mtanasekhaya.
