Semi Finals Highlights from the Vans BMX Pro Cup in Mexico City, Mexico. The format:
35 total riders (Top 20 from Vans BMX Pro Cup Germany, 5 Wildcards, Top 10 from Regional Qualifiers)
Organized Jams Format, ride in order
7 riders per Heat, 3 runs, ride until you fall
5 minutes of Practice before each Heat
Judged on overall impression
Top 14 from Semi-Finals advance to Men’s Pro Cup Finals

In short, we are the Ride BMX staff out on our own. We're building from the ground up and our goal is pretty simple. We want to continue what we love. We want to create great content, feature awesome riders, and contribute, push, and show why we love BMX. Theo Trovato you are so right rly didnt get it too.. like the 4th place run of G.Young.. im not a judge, i love this rider so much but it was not a top 5 run for me..

Yeah like how the fuck did Gary Scored 4th place ? There were dudes that went way higher, he didn't had any crazy transfers, let alone any crazy tricks and alot of Guys had better looking 360s. For me that wasnt even a top 10 run.

The judging for these pro bmx events seems rigged. Not as bad as the x games but like a couple years back when Clint Reynolds beat out Rim at the qualifier at Woodward. I love Clint he kills it one of my favorite riders but he didn't ride that good that day.

mr22 yep he definitely didn’t deserve top qualifying spot for finals, I love Dennis and his runs were decent but just weren’t enough in them compared to others like Watts he should’ve gotten 1st instead

13:50 is sooo scary. I can feel the panic of a memory where my legs got stuck in an invert where I couldn’t get the bike back under me. Larry Edgar’s version had me feeling queasy just watching him.

Kris fox in 10th?? Enarson had a great run but it was a park run not a bowl run bowls are supposed to be flow height and style enarson just has tricks I think there was a lot of really off judging this year in particular

This is only Semis he hasn’t won but definitely agree he shouldn’t of got the top qualifying spot, I love dennis he’s awesome but his runs had barely anything in them compared to other people’s especially Watts runs
