Selling ideas are one of the best business ever

www.alainguillot.com/selling-...
One of the ways in which you can earn a ridiculous amount of money is by selling your ideas.
When my friend Cheryl, an English teacher who gives English classes online, gives a class, she is selling her ideas.
When I do an investment consultation with someone who wants to learn about the stock market, I am also selling my ideas.
Let me talk for a minute about the concept of rival, and non-rival goods.
A rival good is a product that can be possessed by only one person at a time. If I sell you my phone case, you would have it but I will no longer have it. Only one of us can have it at the time.
On the other hand, a non-rival good, is a good that can be consumed or possessed by multiple users, like an idea. If I sell you an idea, you have the idea, but I also have the idea, so we both have the same idea at the same time.
If you are willing to pay me $1, for my idea, you are agreeing, with your payment, that the idea that I am selling to you is worth at least $1.
Ideas can be worth from $1, to hundreds of millions of dollars. It is up to each one of us to stablish our credibility, and to increase the value of our ideas, or the amount of people to whom we can sell that idea at the same time.
When the seller of the idea and the purchaser of the idea are happy with the transaction, they are creating a double-thank you moment, which means that both parties are happy with the transaction.
When you sell ideas, I encourage you to take a look at each dollar in your bank account and think of them, as certificates of appreciation. So, the more value we create in the world, the more certificates of appreciation we should have have.
Examples of sellable ideas are products that you can sell over and over again without reducing the value of the product. For example, my friend Cheryl can continue selling her English classes without reducing the value of English. I can continue selling my consulting time to people who wants to learn about the stock market. The more people who have this information, the better the market will become.
Other ideas can be packaged in books, podcasts, KZread videos, digital art, etc.
So I suggest to get out of the business of selling your time for money and try to find a way or a system in which you can package your ideas and sell those some ideas to many people at the same time.
Share with me, what are some ideas that are sellable and the possible methods of distribution.

Bro I've heard if maximizing salary is important then promotions is not actually the way to go.. Studies show that if we change jobs every 1-2 years then salary will soon outpace any raises/promotions you'd get if you had stayed.. so what to do to earn more ? Any better ideas to know and apply in initial stages of career in service based industry.. 2) Also which books could help in such a situation..
