Right? I was fortunate enough to hear her before her death, My mom and Aunties LOVED her... I remember them feeling sad and the only thing they talked about for months was the trial.

Beautiful Selena lost her life because of greed and jealousy. But thank you for keeping her legacy alive 🙏🏽 Selena deserves all the love

That was a damn good movie. I've seen it on HBO for the first time back in '98. Her and Eazy-E died on the same week. 5 days apart

Sometimes I prefer not to watch the end of this movie. I was in Houston when this happened and I'll never forget the sad expression that everyone had in Texas. RIP my queen Selena.

The ending scene always gets me esp when Selena singing dreaming of you in the background while the family gets the news she's gone. That scene makes me cry to this day.

I honestly don't think they were going for that, especially since the film was heavily scrutinized and overseen by the Quintanilla family. I think they were just trying to be accurate to the source. That conversation between Yolanda and the police actually happened while she was sitting in the car.

Its crazy how she was never able to finished the crossover album but in just 4 songs she did, "4" she still managed to get 2 hits, think about that in a 4 song album she got 2 hits, imagine what she would have done if she finished that album.

Rip Selena. Gone but never forgotten

The movie is what told her story to the world. Selena was a rare soul that connected to everyone, she took selena away from the world and now how she lays her head down at night I'll never know.
