Such a great accomplishment! I am on the Keto Diet; have lost 28 pounds in 4 months; as soon as an old item of clothing is too big on me, it goes in a Salvation Army box downstairs...I refuse to wear a size larger than I need to wear! I walk funny in heels too!

28 pounds wow great job 👍 I was on a kito diet as well I lost about 16 pounds in 1 and a half month I had to stup but I am looking forward to continue

She's a beautiful girl. I can't believe that's the best "makeover" they could give her. They could have done soooooo much more.

She is gorgeous, but who picked the dress and the shoes? And the BARE legs? Good grief. Shoes should NOT have the strap up by the ankle. Cuts the leg look and makes the legs look chunky. Bare legs? Ugh. Pantyhose in a taupe or light grey, absolutely, and particularly if you have some excess skin and/or weight on your legs. The dress? What can I say? It looks like a picnic tablecloth. Adrianna is a beautiful woman who got stuck in a really ugly dress and shoes. Let me do the makeover!

oh My goodness she looks amazing hair and make-up and her weight loss wow. BUTTTTTTT --- come on RR show - You should have put her in a Herve Leger or really nice sleek dress and a feminine shoe. The Clunky black shoe and Candy Cane Dress are just not up to par - so dissappointed because this lovely girl deserves so much better. Come you guys:)

She's a gorgeous girl, but I agree with everyone else on the COLOR of the dress. The fit is very flattering though...we have to remember she probably has a lot of excess skin with that massive weight loss. I think the dress should have been black with a fun red or leopard print shoe! I wish one of the Stylists I watch on KZread could have styled her, but it's too late now and she still looks amazing! Now she needs to inspire the beautiful RR to shed a few pounds. I'm sure it's hard though when you're a chef!

LARGE PEOPLE ALWAYS LOOK LIKE THEY'RE GOING TO A FUNERAL - ALWAYS BLACK, BLACK BLACK!!!!!! HOW DEPRESSING! BEAUTIFUL (SOLID) COLORS MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD, LIKE TURQUOISE - GREAT WITH HER BLOND HAIR!!! ENOUGH BLACK ALREADY! THIN PEOPLE AREN'T TOLD TO JUST WEAR WHITE! DISCRIMINATION......

what were they thinking putting her in those shoes with that dress ???!!! And the dress would have been so much better without that extra length in the back. This was a really important ' reveal' for this beautiful girl. I really don't think the choices they made except possibly the hair and makeup, were in her best interest. And its my.opinion that she didn't much think so either. She did a lot of hard work losing the weight and while she looked 'nice', she could have and should have looked stunning.

A lot of people say "I'm not fat, I'm big boned!" Not the case w me, at 5' 10" I've always been very thin, my pant sizes grew w my age. At age 14, I wore a size 14 (kids) all the way up until I was 29. At the age of 29, I had my first surgery, a tonsillectomy. Very old for this surgery but I had no complications. That same year, I was diagnosed with diverticulitis, a disease that usually hits men in their 60's. I was a actually the second youngest in my county to be diagnosed w it. One of the diverticulitis pockets burst while I was getting a barium enema and this brought on a 9 hour surgery where I actually died on the operating table for 2 minutes. I woke up screaming in pain. This brought on 10 more surgeries for hernia's w the last one to take care of 8 hernia's. My doctor told me this would be my last surgery for hernia's because my entire stomach would be covered in mesh. I was never told over the years that the mesh that had been used on me had a design flaw and continued surgeries would be needed. This also brought on many meds of which prednisone was one. I shot up to 307 from 155. Over 12 years and 13 surgeries I decided it was time to lose the weight. Although I don't have diabetes, I joined a diabetes class that taught me about my fat intake and portions and I began walking. (Over the years, I also was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and sciatica). Started just walking around a building near my home and every other day I'd add a little more until I was up to 2 miles, my absolute max. The weight loss journey took 5 years but eventually had me down to 221 & I couldn't, no matter how hard I tried, get under that weight. About a year later, I got sick and for the first time in years, was under 221 at 219. I don't know what was happening but my diet didn't change and my exercise which was just walking a half mile a day to maintain my weight but my weight dropped to 170. I stopped walking and ate large meals to get my weight back up a little and that's where I am today, I'm at 180, walking again and eating sensibly. If I hadn't done this, I really don't think I'd be here today.

I'd like to see again shows again with their healthy food intake & losing weight. I had to change mine for the better. Living with alot of certain disabilities & fibromyalgia is a huge difference I've lost 19lbs & trying my very best to eat healthier. It is very hard but you have to do this for yourself.

Like RR said she looks like 'Jessica Simpson or something.' This is an amazing make over. Kuddos to her weight loss, fabulous. Wish I had your will power. (To nay sayers that dress looks 💯% better than overexposure. Although a hem all the way around would have been a good choice.) GOD BLESS.

Yes, horrible dress.

A plain colour dress without the tail & nude slinky stilettos without the ankle strap & shoulder length hair would have added more class to this beautiful young woman

It's so funny to see these made over women who lumber onto the stage in shoes that require half a life to learn how to negotiate. Most of the time the clothing is great but sadly I think they put Adrianna in a really frumpy dress. Didn't do her justice at all. Kudos to Adrianna for her accomplishment
