I worked and managed a few KFC in Texas and California yes Ralph Moreland cared about those ingredients and the secret ingredients were prepackaged before our stores got them, we seasoned the flour but ingredients were not a part of the label. Today KFC has so changed and.doesn't taste as it did then. But this chicken is good. I'm 80 years now and Working with KFC for 20+ years was an honor.

I don't think KFC use ginger. I could be wrong, since its special secret ingredients. But for my life I cannot stand ginger and it stains my tastebuds along with corriander. Yep I am one of those weird people that dislike Corriander. But I am certain KFC don't use ginger in their KFC in Australia. Maybe over seas etc Idk.

Its came out crispy but not axact like kfc some ingredients still missing, and which ingredients we don't know 😂

Because no labs exist to analyse the 'secret' herbs and spices 🤦🏼‍♀️

Kfc hot wings came in a plastic bag we would just drop in the basket and fry. Nothing to prep.

I made this and instead of paprika, I used Asian chilli powder. I also grounded garlic and ginger as I didn't have the powder. It came out absolutely delicious, my family concluded that it tastes better than KFC.
