temperature should be 180°c,don't overload chicken at the fry deep fry for 10-12mins until golden brown

Very good presentation but if I'm making this at home with a flat pan will it really cook to the Inside or will I need to boil them first after marinading?

No it would be difficult. deep fry required. but you can use small pieces for flat pan. Boiled chicken does not give inside softness.
