Man that's like every high school english assigment. It's like I get my point across in 1000 words but you have to write 2000. Its like wtf point, if what written answer the question more words doesn't mean shit.

very hard read, my interest started high because of the premise but decreased tremendously with each repetition, which unfortunately constitute the bulk of the writing.

I liked the story.

The idea of those kind of stories is to fall asleep. That story did that perfectly. Because when AI write a story it is meant to put the human listening it to state if sleeping. I was having a grandfather that repeatedly tell me stories which i already knew, but they were the best way for me to fall asleep. Just like that syory and it's essential idea to got your mind sleep afast. The repeating if things we already know tells the mind to switch to other mode, steadfast and surely. Some people call it "sleeping" and this story is good at that. We already know what happened, but continued to listen until we fell asleep. One day i was in insomnia state if mind. I was a little kid, but as any little kids i couldn't sleep. Si, my grandfather started to tell me a story that repeated itself continuously. We both fall asleep.

Honestly thought this was going to be a xeno payback story, I was wrong 8(

First they said human retaliated and took down the strongest species then they said they were thought of as primitive 🤔🤔🤔

Fun, however from a listener pov only and in my humblest of opinions, it feels a bit repetitive in phrases and plot.

roboreader mispronouncing 'surface' and 'defy' was like nails on a chalkboard, seriously, just hire some human voice actors ...

Hmm clasic options to tear the team apart best answer choose both sides certain tech locked under heavy amounts of protection or outright destroy it but the safer tech almost anyone who proves they can be trust worthy with it pretty much how the forerunners did with there tech kinda since rings did but didnt clear the entire galaxy but they made tests i would assume before even the reclaimers could actually take it over entirely however clearly the entire halo purpose was failed

The story is good, but need to edit out all the repeating.

I'm assuming these constructs are rule based. Input a bunch of related words, themes, maybe sample works, or if it's computer driven, the Mach br uses input to find sample works. Then mash up the words,themes, samples, run through advanced error correction, finally let some jr high students poof it in some limited period of time. It's the same short theme repeated nested over and over again. Nothing specific is every said, adjective stuffed text devoid of substance. Massive logic holes. Humans off stage 100s of yrs assumed gone but really thick as thieves far from home in another races unmisssable construct. Weird

You are getting a whole lot better at your story lines, but you need to go through and edit the story lines. Quite a few of your stories have repetitive lines. But you are definitely getting better at it.

Actually a classic symptom of ai generated stories. I had some fun messing around with novelai and this was something I noticed is that at some point it get very confused and start repeating what already happened until you kinda rewind and let it restart again going down a different path.

Are you sure this wasn't written by AI? Some weird almost completely parallel narratives back to back, and before anyone realizes there's a mysterious artifact at the center of the megastructure - which the humans neither disclose nor seem particularly worried about the aliens discovering on arrival - everyone's all like - Giant Structure! Holds mysteries for the ages! Like ... because it's big?

Could have been 2 hours shorter if it didn't repeat every 3 paragraphs. Lol

Like AI, I been having some fun with novelai myself and this was a problem I encountered where after a point the ai just keep repeating one situation in different ways like its stuck. You kinda have to back track tow here the loops start and let it regenerate to get out of it. Probably why these ai stories work way better when its short because its good until it not lol.

Good god .. for a story that started out so well fell into useless drivel so quickly.. at about a hour to go .. ugh should have cut the last bit.. lol.. well that's my opinion.

I got as far as the 'Coverrnus(?) {cavernous?} openings that seemed to DEE FEE the laws of physics' and said to myself, 'Self, you are not going to sit here and listen to this supposed 'reader' mispronounce words in the English language for the next 3 and a half hours.' Do better. good-bye.

I'm confused... they don't know what humans are, then they do. Humans betrayed aliens, aliens betrayed humans. Which is it?

Ai is getting better and the fact this was not edited just shows how passable a generic scifi prompt can be in even a free chat bot. At the level of a decent junior high writer for plot points but lacking hugely in detail, specifics and overall uniqueness. As a simple tool to output rich ideas it is rather helpful. As far as replacing human creative generation though it is far far off

Nothing nothing new in the story. Keeps repeating itself with only slight changes in detail from section to section where it repeats. Really really bad editing. Got halfway through before I had stop.

This story fucking sucks! Repetitive and disjointed. First the humans made the mega structure, then it was made by aliens. Artifact gets stolen then is miraculously back in human hands ect ect. Utter waste of time!

If I had to sum this up in one word… Juvenile. Total waste of my time.
