    Bassy is a cautionary tale. He’s so stuck back on his HS glory he can’t take accountability for how his immaturity led to him losing the adidas deal and not sticking with an NBA team for more than 2 years. Adidas didn’t force him to get into the street nonsense as a professional athlete. I hope he finds some peace & accountability

    Telfair is bitter as hell. Whether he got taken by Adidas or not (we dont know the deal) but to say others wouldnt be who they are without the shoes deals is off. Those deals gave them prominence, yes, but as Matt said they still would be ballin’, still would be stars and getting bank and these deals later

All of these major sports apparel brands have clauses in their contracts that say your contract is void in the instance of conduct detrimental to the brand. None of these guys can be involved in crimes and expect to be a Nike player or adidas player.

    Just to let y’all know a few things, the boardwalk photo shoot was his senior year because it was my freshman year that was 03-04… and Coney Island is the best neighborhood of ballplayers in Brooklyn possibly the city altogether not being biased we just do Crown Heights would probably be second
