Very refreshing and satisfying to know she stood up to the establishment and for herself ....

Man the 90s were a different time. Something tells me current Sean Young and current Whoopi Goldberg would not be able to sit in the same room together

She never dated James Woods. She was engaged to her fiance and James hit on her and she rejected him so he created a rumor about her.

Sean Young was 30 years ahead of her time (for women's rights), and women still have hundreds of years to go. I'm 76 years old. Even when I was in my 50s, if a woman gave her opinion in a room full of men, they would all turn around and stare at her with their mouths open. Dead, awkward silence. This is because for the entire how many thousands of years?, women have been forced to keep their mouths shut.

A good actress who just didn't have the right kind of personality to keep her career chugging along in Hollywood. That's not a character flaw on her part but a virtue. I know what this business is like because I've worked in it since the 80s. I'm not saying we should assume any actor who's had a better career made a career with the devil, but rather that many had better luck. Sean stepped on some big toes. You can only do that so often and still have a career. One of the big issues in Hollywood is that its run by adults with astronomical wealth who act like big, spoiled children.

It's run by rich men with big spoiled phalluses. The last 2,000 years should be called the Phallic Age. This will probably end around the year 3,000.

Sean Young has such a powerful effect upon me, something about her is so powerful, she is the ultimate woman to me. If I was standing close to her, I would have to restrain myself from kissing her. As a former Broadcaster in TV Production I am so attracted to her. I have shot many beautiful women on camera, she is so outstanding there is no one like her, perhaps Catherine Deneuve was like her, a timeless beauty, femineity, to the utmost.

I love the way Whoopi is so supportive of Sean. Just got done watching Dave Letterman in which Sean Young visits his show about 10 times which were a compilation. In every show he pushed her like a man whipping a NYC horse, and she wouldn't budge (to her credit). He was exasperated at the end of every talk.

James Woods was azzhole. Sean was an independent woman back when women were told to stay in their place. Today, she'd be a great star. Harrison Ford was PO'd after BR because Sean stole that film. Any actor could've been Deckard, but nobody but Sean could've been Rachael.
