Guys, it humbles me to see how much you all go out for these beautiful animals, they bring joy to us, and sadness too… there is so much mounting concern for our planet as a whole… it’s a real scary world this generation is passing onto the next… she came out angry and that’s so much better than her apathy of before… Thank you OCN… your efforts give us some hope and keep on doing for each and every life you free from these carelessly thrown away stuff.😢

What an excellent nab! It looked almost choreographed! Partially due to [unfirtunately] _way_ too much practice over the years... But didn't she have a _lot_ to say to Naude after her release! Denzil wasn't in this video. It was filmed from Naude's perspective, and I believe the other man was Wally, who used to work with OCN. Denzil and Wally did work together as part of the OCN team with Naude and Tony. This vdeo is probably older footage. 😊

Our efforts are just a drop in the bucket compared to the millions of tonnes of trash entering the world's oceans every year. We are unfortunately not solving the problem, but only treating the symptoms of the plastic crisis with our rescues. These videos aim to show the consequences of this pollution and create a change to tackle its roots - namely our addiction to single-use plastics, the lack of law enforcement at sea, and the shortcomings of the recycling industry.

I understand that you may require me to be part of the team. If someone else paddles the kayak that at the very end when you jump out to catch the seal,I can bring the kayak onto the sand. I can cut the tag and burst into tears. Maybe after giving the seal a cwtch I will let it go into the sea . Yes, I will still be in tears.. please remember that I applied for this job first.❤❤
