Great video. I love these glossary type of films breaking down the gear. I wish you touched on venturi valves as my regulator has one.

Great video but I’d like to make a suggestion. When showing something black use a white back ground. Also use a spot light. It would be easier to see what your showing. Cheers

Love all the videos and really appreciate the quick tip series. Thank you! Thank you! Idea for a quick tip video: buying a first stage - DIN vs Yoke, and 1st stage adapters (safe to use?). If most of my diving is in N.A./Caribbean should I buy a Yoke 1st stage, or does it matter because adapters are safe and commonly used?

Just want to say thanks for consistently giving us straight forward, common sense videos that are USEFUL for us common folk. I appreciate the fact that you’re not trying to “show off” by giving me the Thermo-Dynamic-Hyper-Nonsensical-(insert Star Trek speak here) of some washer or another! You give me what I need to move towards an informed opinion. Thanks again

My Atomic second stage was free flowing more than usual, I sent it in for a full service to Airtech for a Full service and after $223+ just got it back and it's doing the same thing. They didn't replace the diaphragm or exhaust.... what a rip off! James would I be wrong to think a full service would replace the diaphragm a normal wear item??? The only reason I didn't service it was because the dive shop I work at don't supply Atomic aquatics parts....

  • @race890

....hi regarding your Atomic service; yes normal service kits do not contain a diaphragm or exhaust valve; these are spare parts ordered & fitted when required & observed as required in a service. But a free flow is not likely due to these

Intermediary Pressure. The pressure your first stage regulator is sending to your second stage regulator and your inflator hose.
