My Oppo had the set screen timeout to 15s option selected, it's been an issue since a few updates ago, ridiculous! It's been shitting me for months now. As soon as U mentioned battery settings I knew the problem was found....cheers.

should be the softwere that you are using for the live wallpaper, should be wrongly coded
