nooooo, we wanted to know how to disable it without having the phone plugged in! when u play games, it's annoying having a wire plugged into your phone. there is no way to turn off the timeout feature without it being plugged in?

I can't thank you enough, Foxy Tech!! I'm not used to Samsung, first Samsung phone ever and my husband and I like listening to KZread when we're busy at home or even sleeping and we could not figure out how to do this. On most other phones its just a default option to keep the screen on. Is there are reason Samsung decided to block this option from regular users? Thank you SO VERY MUCH from both my husband and myself!! 🥰

To be quite frank honora, does it really matter why samsung left that option out? Either way it looks extremely bad on their part. Literally hundreds of millions of people's samsung phones turn off after 10min and there isnt a damn thing anyone can do about it. 3/5 stars for samsung until they fix this major issue.

I did this and it didn't work it still timed out while charging and my battery is 77% so its still charging

Why did the option to turn off screen time out while not charging get removed from recent phones???? I remember my wayy old phone had the option to just turn off screen time out in general

On Sony after becoming a developer the developer options is in the system part, there won't be a new setting. Hope this helps any Sony users.
