Yes, the blinds not being opened on Christmas morning is Very indicative that Laci was not still on that day. She was known to Always open those blinds and this is a huge sign that she was probably already dead. Also the selling of her car a few weeks after her disappearance and remodeling Connor's nursery soon after. Then his putting their house up for sale shows he knew she was Never going to come back home.

From the beginning my heart broke for Laci, baby Conner, Sharon and her family. He sold her car and her house and behaved like she was gone. Last straw was Laci and her unborn son being found where their killer went “fishing”, on the very day they vanished. Your shows are always thoughtful and measured to a fault and the detective was very impressive. Well done.

He didn't sell the house and the car was traded in for a truck he needed for work on January 29th. Over a month after her disappearance. He was forced to to because police kept his in custody for nearly a year. GERAGOS: And when you asked her about what else he talked about. She said he just keeps hoping and praying that she's, that she'll appear. That she said, I did know he sold Laci's car because the locks didn't work on it. He said when the police went through the car, through her car, the locks were damaged. And he wanted, I think, Brent to bring the car back, or have it fixed, or something. That what they told you? GROGAN: That's what they told me. GERAGOS: She said that he said, that Laci called the car a piece of shit, and hated the car, correct? GROGAN: Yes. GERAGOS: Okay. And she actually wanted the same car that Ann has; is that correct? Is that right? GROGAN: Yes. GERAGOS: And she said that they had been shopping around for a different car, and that he needed to turn that car in for those reasons; and, also, because he needed a truck, and he had asked several times to get his truck back, and he couldn't get it back, right? GROGAN: Correct. GERAGOS: Okay. And you know that at that point you still had the truck, correct? GROGAN: Yes.

So Sad to see that You and most everyone else is so easily Fooled by the Media. Sharon Rocha is just a mother who wants "closure" and grasps the "Easiest Solution", when it is far more complicated than just saying , "Scott did it"... The Trial never Proved he did it... You nor I could ever do what they "Theorize" Scott supposedly did. Neither could any of the Cops who investigated the case, and they know it. Explain to me Exactly "step by step" how Scott killed Laci and his unborn child, and then got the Body out of the House to the Marina and into the Bay in Broad Daylight, with No Witnesses, and No Video capturing any of it. ...and he Supposedly did this, Murder, like 6 hours after he and Laci were at Laci's Doctor's office, where Scott requested another Sonogram, so he could watch his Son react to his voice as he spoke to him. ... Highly Doubtful. So go ahead and explain to me "step by step" how Scott committed this murder... Or are you going to be just like the lead investigator who said... "I don't know how he did it, but he did." Please tell he how he did it, and then picture yourself trying to do the same thing.

The Trial in itself should be Struck Down, simply because the Media Circus that it was, and No Way was the Jury not Biased. One Juror in particular was Proven to have Lied on her Jury Application. THAT in itself, Nullifies the Jury. In CA, in a Death Penalty Case, you need a 12 member Jury to be 100% Unanimous for Conviction. One Juror is found to be "Illegal", the Jury's Decision is Illegal. I haven't even touched on all the Illegal Crap that the Modesto Morons did in that Trial, and the Judge looked the other way. Scott needs a New Trial, but I am sure he will never get one. Too many other people made way too much Money off of it, and other's would lose their Jobs if what they did in this case came out. @@andreasweaney8942 - The Anthony case was a farce, and there were Political motives involved. In Scott's Case there was Way More Reasonable Doubt, but Not a Reasonable Jury, or Judge for that matter. The Judge disallowed too many Witnesses that could have Exonerated Scott. Even the Witness from the Internet Provider, who was there to testify that Someone was Actually in Scott's Home "Actively" using the Internet and making Purchases, at the same time that Scott was in his Office reading his emails. That in itself Proves that Scott could not have Killed Laci in his Home the Night Before, as the Prosecution States. Scott didn't Pay someone to go into his House and Shop for Umbrellas to make it look like Laci was Alive. Laci was Actually Alive. A Dozen Witnesses saw Laci Walking her Dog, right after the time she was on the Internet buying Umbrellas. Those witnesses were Also Not Allowed to Testify. The Judge Disallowed the Video of the "Demonstration" showing it would be Impossible for Scott to Dump a 180 LB Dead Body, with Four 20 LB Cement Anchors Attached, over the Side of that Small Boat, even if in "Calm" waters, which that Bay where Scott was Fishing was Not Calm at all. It was Impossible even without the 4 Anchors the Prosecution said he made. The Judge actually Instructed the Prosecution to do their Own Test, but they never did, because they knew the Result. Yet the Judge Allowed the Prosecution to "Make their Own" 20 LB Anchors, and Present them in Court, as Anchors Scott Made. Scott's Attorney, (worthless show boater that he was), actually had to Fight to get the Prosecution to Admit, that "Scott" did not make those Anchors, the "Modesto Police" made the Anchors, who stated that Scott "Could have made Anchors like these." "Could Have" doesn't mean he did. Although No Anchors were Ever Found. Even though there is over 15,000 Hours of Video taken by Various Police Agencies, and the Public as well, showing the Bottom of that Bay, No Body, and No Anchors were ever seen or found. That's Because for all that time, Laci's Body was NOT in the Bay. The "Bodies" were placed in the Bay a few days before they were found according to the Autopsy. Yet somehow that makes No Difference? Scott's Trial had a Predetermined Outcome. The one that "The Media" and all of the people Brainwashed by that Media wanted. Think it can't happen? You just saw it happen again last year with the Presidential Election. People are Easily Brainwashed by the Media. It's the Entire Idea behind "TV Commercials", and why you see the Same Ones "Over and Over". Scott deserves a New Trial, for like a Hundred Reasons... but it will Never Happen because "The Media" got what they wanted, and made Billions off the Coverage of the case, even Before the Trial. If Scott was found "Not Guilty" they would all be Liable and Scott would have Sued for Billions... Money Wins Every Time.

I’m surprised Detective Buehler didn’t mention the fact that Laci’s body was found wearing the pants she was wearing on 12/23 when her sister saw her, not the black pants Scott claimed she wore on 12/24, supposedly walking the dog. Also didn’t mention Scott’s behavior when he came home to find dog with leash in yard and no Laci: he showered, ate a slice of pizza and washed his clothes before calling Sharon to say Laci was missing. Or calling Amber “from Paris” when he was at the vigil for Laci. The idea that burglars killed her and dumped her in the bay is absurd. Scott should stay in prison.

You know Sharon Rocha said when Scott called he said Laci was missing. Not do you know where Laci's is. Big red flag. She said that always sat funny with her. If your loved one isn't at home why would you assume they were missing right off the bat? I would think that wouldn't even be in the thought process right away especially if you are showering, washing clothes and eating.

IMHO at least, "missing" sounds VERY dire and scary...not what you'd say if maybe she ran out to the store or went next door to chat or borrow some sugar, etc. Maybe it's just me, but I know I'd definitely have to have some evidence of foul play or *something* bad happening before I'd say someone was "missing!"

There are several deep dives into the case that reveal Scott to be a fraud from day one. Laci came to Scott's place he was staying at after they were married, and while in bed, one of Scott's girlfriends walked into the bedroom and started screaming at him calling him a cheater. So Laci was under no illusions as to who she was with. Another non-related occurrence but relevant nonetheless is Scott's mom had at least 2 kids as a teenager that she gave up for adoption, told absolutely nobody about them, who then showed up on the doorstep so to speak, just before the wedding. Laci should have Bolted like that Usain guy lol

Maybe you should read nearly 6 months of trial transcripts and court documents filed over the years and then say that. So why was she seen by more than a dozen credible witnesses on the 24th that described her down to the breed of her dog. The MPD should have done their jobs. They refused follow the actual evidence, tips and sightings that points in a completely different direction. The media spun everything and that's the way police wanted it. He was seen at the marina by three people. Does it sound logical that a guy is going to kill his wife and take the chance of dumping her body in broad daylight. He needs to back the boat down the ramp and leave it there for anyone to see in broad daylight including anyone from the hundreds of people that live on their boats all year round. There was no forensic evidence, eyewitnesses, video surveillance etc ever proving the States theory. We even have the SF Medical examiner (Boyd Stevens) explaining to the lead detective that it would be highly unlikely that 32 lbs would submerge the body. It would just float. He also said the currents would likely take the body out to sea. She was found nearly 4 months later. How do currents flowing Southbound at 4 knots place either body where they were found. -Conner (baby) was determined to be alive until Jan 3rd by both the States expert and the Medical examiner? I can tell you they despise being in prison with every fiber of their being and for me, at least, I feel that a life sentence without parole is perhaps a greater punishment than receiving the death penalty. There's no birthday cake, no Christmas presents and no celebrations of any kind. You have very little opportunity to exercise free will. It is totally restrictive. I was on the other side of the Country when 1010 WINS News New York broadcast that a pregnant woman was missing on Christmas Eve. My father was driving and he quietly said "that young woman is dead and the husband did it." He then said that the only person who stood to gain from the death of a pregnant woman, was the man who no longer wanted to be a husband and didn't want to be a father. As Sharon Rocha said, divorce was always an option, but Scotty boy didn't want to be saddled with 18 years of child support payments, so he killed Laci and Conor instead. Lee Peterson spent a million dollars on Mark Geragos, to see his son convicted and sentenced to death. Had he taken that money and worked with Ron Grantski and Dennis Peterson on a lump sump divorce settlement which would have taken care of child support obligations in one fell swoop, Scott could have moved along, and Laci and Conor would still be here.

Narcissistic aholes like Scott don’t want a divorce because that would shatter his pristine mask he shows the world. Divorce equals failure, and narcissistic people absolutely have no tolerance for failure. Child support is only a secondary issue to the massive outward failure of divorce. Scott had a perfect outward mask of appearance to uphold and divorce would destroy his very being.

IMO, he wanted his freedom, but still wanted a wife of convenience (cook, maid, sex, etc), yet still be able to have affairs. Always about him? IMO, maybe pregnancy was an unexpected surprise (in his case unwanted)? A child may definitely cramp his style & then you consider, alimony, child support, lawyers, if divorce was threatened? IMO, that alone could be motive for murder! Less toys for Scott & tied-up with more responsibility?

Scott tells Amber he lost his wife a couple of weeks before she went missing, and this would be his first Christmas without her. And, by christmas, Laci really was gone! On the day he said that to Amber he bought a secret boat no one knew about. He also made five anchors, four of which were never recovered. The one that they did have, didn't match the cement in the driveway, which is where Scott said he'd used the rest of the missing cement, proven in court. Laci didn't know about, nor had she ever been in the boat, yet, a couple of Lacis hairs were found, wound tightly in some pliers. Agreed to take a lie detector test, but backed out after his father advised him not to. Upon returning home, he immediately washed his clothes, ate, and took shower. After getting out of shower, instead of just calling Lacis cell phone one more time, he calls her mom and tells her Laci is missing. He told, at least, three people he'd been playing golf, before finally sticking to the fishing story. Speaking of fishing, Scott told the detectives that going fishing that morning had been a last minute decision. But, this was an obvious lie because he'd purchased a two-day fishing license dated for the 23rd & 24th, a few days before. Or, maybe he's just psychic, and predicted he'd be making that "last minute" decision! When he took the detectives to his warehouse, he led them to believe the power was out, when the truth was, only his office in the warehouse had lighting, but the warehouse, itself, was only lit by a sky light during the day. When he went to the station to answer questions, he was already refering to Laci in past tense. Saying, "Laci was pregnant." Shouldn't that be IS pregnant? It wasn't past her due date. He did the same thing in his interview with Diane Sawyer. By then, he'd been made aware he shouldn't do that, as he immediately corrects himself saying, "is amazing" after he'd said 'was'. A huge red flag for the detectives on the case. On the night of Dec 24th, the day Laci went missing, Scott was already inquiring about grief counseling for Lacis family. Really??? She's not even yet gone a full 24hrs! I've never heard of anyone doing that over someone being missing for only a few hours! It just seems like Scott knew she wasn't coming home. The next day, Scott called the detectives asking them if they'd be bringing in and using cadaver dogs. She hadn't even been gone a full 24hours, and, he is inquiring about cadaver dogs! Another huge red flag to the detectives working the case! He sold Lacis car while still missing, before her body was found. And, inquired about selling their home before she was ever found too! He even wanted to sell it with all their furniture! Supposedly, he doesn't know if Laci is dead or alive, but has no problem selling her car and their home, with all their stuff in it? He told lie after lie after lie. Of course the big, well known lie was when he called Amber from Lacis vigil. Right before, during, or after just doesn't matter, at all! His mistress should've been the last thing on his mind at any moment during that event. It was well known he didn't want children, and wasn't thrilled about Laci being pregnate. Even telling his sister-in-law he was hoping for infertility. Laci telling her mom Scott wouldn't touch her belly to feel baby kicking. He didn't participate in the searches for Laci, opting instead, to secretly go to the bay, park his car, and just watch the search that was going on in the bay. Instead of showing grief about his wife being missing he, instead chose to flirt with his sisters baby sitter. Offering to make her drinks he called, "flirtinis". The baby sitter was so weirded out by Scott, she left! In one of the recorded calls with Amber, Scott tells her that if the police find any evidence, he'd lose his freedom. Not a confession, but close enough! When the due date, of the birth of his missing baby came around, he didn't have a gathering of friends & family to remember Laci & Conner. No, he didn't do anything at all to remember them. And, that would've been fine, if he chose to do nothing, no problem. But, he DID choose to do something. Since that day was also Ambers Bday, Scott chose to celebrate it, by hiding a bag of jewelry and a CD, etc for Amber to pick up. It seems it was Amber he wanted to remember & honor, not his missing wife & baby. When a body of a baby washed ashore, and then a body of a woman who had been pregnant washed ashore shortly after, within just a couple of miles from where he says he was 'fishing', he never even called anyone about it to see if it was Laci. About a week or so later, he was caught trying to flee with just about everything he owned, BUT his golf clubs and golf shoes. I add that he didn't have his clubs & shoes because Scott tried telling the cops that he was just going to play golf, not flee! However, the list of things he had with him is just as long, if not longer than my list here. What avid golfer goes to play golf with everything he owns BUT his clubs & shoes? I could go on & on! I know there's more, but I'm drawing a blank on the rest. Can anyone else think of anything I've forgotten? Okay so, one or two things on this list would be maybe a coincidence. three or four things --- sketchy, but okay. All these things plus more --- he's guilty, guilty, guilty! And, I don't even have it all listed here.

-HE DID WANT CHILDREN Couples they hung out with started having babies, Scott and Laci surprised friends when they reversed an earlier stance of not wanting children. Laci, who had had surgery years earlier and was left with one ovary, knew it would be difficult to conceive and methodically tracked her cycle. Richardson said she recalls Laci expressing frustration that Scott always seemed to be traveling at the wrong time, and it took some time before Laci was pregnant. By early June, she got the good news. She enrolled in a prenatal yoga course and attended Lamaze classes with Scott. They also got to work early on the baby's room. Consistent with the decorations for The Shack and with Scott's interest in fishing, the couple chose a nautical theme, even hanging a life preserver decoration that read: "Welcome Aboard." Brent Rocha confirmed that Scott did indeed plan to have a family, and was quite emotional about becoming a father: Mark Geragos: And also fair to say that she was very excited about the kid? Brent Rocha: Yes. Mark Geragos: Okay. And Scott was as well? Brent Rocha: Yes. Mark Geragos: When he talked about, when you talked to him, he would express the fact that he's, I mean he's a goal-oriented person; you heard that description earlier today. You would agreed with that, right? Brent Rocha: Yes. Mark Geragos: And is, one of his goals was to have a child and a family? Brent Rocha: Yes. Mark Geragos: Okay. And he told you that he was thinking about what kind of father he was going to be and he was crying and he said he was going to be great; isn't that what he told you? Brent Rocha: That's what he was saying. Sharon Rocha confirmed, on Larry King Live, that Laci told her Scott had changed his mind about having a baby shortly after they moved to Covena in October 2002: ROCHA: “that's when she told me that Scott had said that he didn't think he wanted to have children. Of course that concerned me because we'd had conversations before in his presence or they had had conversations in my presence about having children. KING: So then it shocked you? ROCHA: It did. It really surprised me. KING: But then she got pregnant. ROCHA: Well, then she went on to say that not only did she -- that he didn't think he wanted to have children, she also said that he didn't want to. So, I was -- I was really upset about that knowing that he knew how she felt about having children. And then it was about a month or so later, it was around Thanksgiving time she and I were in the kitchen preparing dinner when she told me that she's going to stop taking birth control pills in December. Well, that surprised me because it had only been a month ago that Scott didn't want to have children. So, we had a conversation about that and I said, "Are you sure? Are both of you absolutely sure because you can't put the baby back once he's here"? Well, it was an it at that time. It was nothing at that time. And she said, yes, that they had talked about it and they were ready that Scott was ready also. Greg Reed gave testimony about Scott's and Laci's relationship, and Scott's participation in Laci's pregnancy. HARRIS: You also, Kristen, your wife, became friends with Laci, is that fair? REED: All four of us met at the same time. HARRIS: And they became friends separate of you and Scott? Kristen and Laci became friends? REED: Yes, they did. HARRIS: And at some point you and your wife began a Lamaze class at your home, is that correct? REED: That is correct. HARRIS: And you asked Scott and Laci if they would like to join in the Lamaze class? REED: That is correct. HARRIS: And they agreed to do that, right? REED: Yes. HARRIS: Okay. During about a one month period, they came to your house on a weekly basis to participate in the Lamaze classes, is that right? REED: That's probably about right. About once a week. HARRIS: You got a chance to see them interact quite a bit during that, didn't you? REED: Yes. HARRIS: And your impression, from telling the police, your impression was that they were a very happy couple? REED: Yes. HARRIS: And, in fact, you told the police Scott treated her very, very well? REED: Yes. HARRIS: They both, I believe your quote to the police was they were both very excited about the baby coming, is that right? REED: That's what it appeared, yes. HARRIS: And you were called in an interview you did with the police, excuse me. Let me take that back. Do you recall an incident at one point where you were looking through a catalog called Cabella's catalog? REED: Yes, I remember that. HARRIS: What is the Cabella's catalog? REED: It's a hunting, fishing, outdoors-type of magazine. And equipment. HARRIS: And they actually sell kids' camouflage outfits, is that right? REED: In that magazine they were. HARRIS: In that particular one? REED: Yes. HARRIS: During that time you were looking at it, both you and Scott were going through the, the kids' section or the kids' outfits, hunting and fishing, or whatever outfits, and the two of you were talking and laughing about how much you couldn't wait to buy your kids those kind of outfits, is that correct? REED: I remember that clearly, that's correct. HARRIS: Okay. Scott was very excited about that possibility, wasn't he? REED: Yes. -DID NOT FLEE He was heading North. Last time I checked Mexico was south of the border. He was arrested at the golf course where he was meeting his brothers and Father. A recorded phone call was played by the defense in court where Scott tells he doesn't want his picture in the media again. -He calls Laci's mom after checking the voicemail. - CALL TO SHARONS DISTASO: And can you tell the jury, just tell us what happened. ROCHA: When he called he said, "Hi, Mom." He said, "Is Laci there with you or over there?" And I said, "No." And he said that her car is there, was there in the driveway and the dog was in the backward with the leash on and Laci was missing. I remember telling him to call her friends to see if anybody had seen or talked to her that day..... -SELLING THE HOUSE January 14, 2003 First hint at selling the house Terri Western. WESTERN: Yes, I did. As I did every morning. I was either the first one or one of the first that had arrived. And Scott was there that morning, and he was visibly upset. So I sat down next to him while he was going through the e-mails on the computer. And I said, "Scott," you know, "Are you okay?" And he said no. He goes, "I need to talk to you about selling the house. I can't have Laci come back here." DISTASO: And what did you respond to him, if anything? WESTERN: I responded with, "Well, Scott, I understand. However, now is not the time nor the place to discuss this." DISTASO: And did he mention that to you again about selling the house? WESTERN: No, he did not. (Trial) No effort was made by MPD or by the Defense, apparently, to determine what upset Scott so much. Scott didn't mention selling the house again to Western. Instead, he turned to Brian Argain. January 22, 2003 Scott again inquired about selling the Covena house "Scott called Brian Argain to inquire about selling the house. Transcript The phone conversation lasted 4 minutes and was captured in one of the wiretaps. Scott asked Brian about getting together with him to discuss the possibilities. He wanted to put it on the market right away, as a furnished home, and wanted it kept secret from the media. Scott said, 'no way is Laci coming back to that place.' Brian said since LE had already searched the house, he didn't know of any reason why Scott couldn't sell it, but he would check for him. They arranged to meet for lunch the next day to continue the conversation. -WAREHOUSE *LIGHTING Scott said there was no *lighting. Not "Power". His warehouse didn't have working lights. Hence Brocchini used the lights from the cruiser. Brocchini was called out on his lie during trial when he admitted he was aware of the fax that was sent and the indicator lights on the electronics. Brocchini lied, NOT Scott. Laci's Land Rover January 29th , Scott traded in their Land Rover for a 2002 Dodge Dakota pick up. We offer the following facts regarding the trade-in of Laci's car: Scott had asked several times for his truck to be returned to him (see Detective Grogan's testimony). It was not going to happen so Scott needed to make other arrangements because he needed a truck for work. The used, 2002 Dodge Dakota that Scott purchased on January 28th was worth less than the 2002 4x4 crew cab F150 the police had confiscated. The suggestion that Scott was uncaring and went to get a new truck while his wife was missing is unreasonable. Scott had a new truck before Laci went missing, but it was in police custody. Her car was traded in for the Dodge out of necessity

-BOAT WAS NOT A SECRET Laci DID know about the boat. "Scott had told the police that Laci knew about the boat and that she had been to the warehouse on December 20, 2002. Detective Brocchini was told about an eye witness who confirmed seeing Laci at the warehouse (where the boat was stored). When he heard about this witness in August of 2003, he purposely left it out of his police report. While under oath during the trial, he admitted to excising the information from his police report and acknowledged that he did not think it had been reported by any other officer. This woman later confirmed that Laci was at the warehouse on December 20, 2002. This situation confirmed that Scott was once again being truthful. It was Detective Brocchini who had been deceptive. Guy Miligi told police on January 4, 2003 that he and Scott had discussed purchasing a ski boat together prior to December. Jodi Miligi told police that Scott discussing a boat one to three weeks prior to Thanksgiving. Brian Ulrich told detectives on January 4, 2003 that Scott had been discussing buying a boat for over three months. Scott withdrew the $1400 from his joint checking account with Laci. Also, Scott did not try to hide his identity from Bruce or the DMV. Scott gave accurate information to Bruce including his home address. This information was filed with the DMV on 12-9-02. Another boat Scott looked at on December 8th was not registered with the DMV, so Scott decided not to purchase it. It was also the sellers request that Scott pay cash. HAIR WAS NOT WRAPPED AROUND PLIERS HENDEE: No, it didn't wrap around the pliers, didn't wrap around the needle nose. It just went through. It looked like at one location it just went through the pliers. Nancy Grace "round and round and round" the pliers. Other reporters also characterized the hair as wrapped multiple times in the pliers when it was NOT. Even testing came back negative and the criminologist determined they were too rusted to have been used in the crime. -DID NOT MAKE FIVE ANCHORS. They did not find cement anchors in the bay even though the State alleged he made 5 anchors. These distinctive circles that Brocchini said were on the trailer resembled rectangular shapes from cement bags from work he did at house in September. The pitcher the prosecution alleged Scott made the anchors in didn't even fit. -CEMENT DID MATCH THE SAMPLE IN THE DRIVEWAY CONCRETE EXPERT GEBLER: Yes. In our sample we found fly ash, cement, pea gravel and sand, similar to what was described by Mr. O'Neill. GERAGOS: Does that mean that the cement that was used in the anchor and the cement that you've collected here and the cement sample that you also observed, does that mean that they all are one and the same? GEBLER: They're all consistent. They all have, they all have all, from what I saw, the, the, the anchor and these materials are consistent with each other. GERAGOS: What does that mean? GEBLER: With the concrete. GERAGOS: You say they're consistent. Does that mean they have all the same components? GEBLER: Yes, sir. -AGREED TO POLYGRAPH 3 TIMES 1)BROCCHINI: Would you be willing to take a polygraph? PETERSON: Sure. BROCCHINI: So what you’re telling me Scott is there no, you have no idea where Laci is. PETERSON: None. 2)BROCCHINI: Would you be willing to take a polygraph? PETERSON: Yeah . . . They're accurate, right? BROCCHINI: Yeah, yeah, I mean I, it's not nothing that can be used against you, but yea, I believe they're accurate. PETERSON: No, I'm certainly willing. BROCCHINI: It wouldn't be now, it'd be, ya now, in a day or two. PETERSON: Now . . . BROCCHINI: It's just like the next step in this thing. PETERSON: Sure. 3)Scott arranged an appointment with Melvin King for February 1, 2003. He was due to meet Amber Frey at the office of Expert Polygraph Services, but upon arrival Peterson saw Brocchini and could not see Frey in attendance. Believing that Amber was in collusion with Law Enforcement and that this was a set up, Peterson left. -SCOTT ASKED ABOUT COUNSELING FOR HER FAMILY. PETERSON: The only question I have what about resources available. You saw my mother-in-law tonight, uhm, anyway, you saw some of my wife’s friends, myself… BROCCHINI: What do you mean like for? PETERSON: Counseling and that kind of thing. -Scott Cadaver dogs "7:20 pm Scott called Brocchini to ask him if they were using cadaver dogs to look for Laci in Dry Creek Park. Brocchini told Scott he hadn't considered her being dead yet, so they hadn't used cadaver dogs. They talked for 5 minutes. Since Scent dogs can also find dead humans, those who knew they were using K-9s may not have known the difference between a K-9 and a cadaver dog." -GOLFING VS FISHING He told ONE person he was playing golf, Not three. He told dozens of people he was fishing including police. At around 6:11 pm, the first officer, Sergeant Evers, arrived on the scene after Laci was reported missing. When he asked Scott where he was that day, Scott immediately told him that he had been fishing that day in the bay. Scott also gave Sgt. Evers his receipt from the Berkeley Marina parking lot to show that he'd been at marina that day. Cell phone records and transactions confirm where he was. "Harvey testified that he told his wife and multiple others that Scott told him that he'd gone golfing on December 24th . However, no one testified that Harvey had told them that. Harvey did not tell the police until June of 2003 that Scott told him that he'd been golfing, despite the fact that Harvey knew his wife had been told by Scott that he was fishing and the police were publicly trying to corroborate Scott's alibi for December 24th . Harvey Kemple also testified that he saw Scott lose his temper once and slam the lid to their barbeque. Scott and Laci's barbeque didn't have a lid. And finally, Harvey testified that he was told that Scott had been hanging out at the Del Rio Country Club while Laci was missing. When asked who told him that, he identified Dennis Tobin and a Country Club employee named Stephanie. Detective Grogan testified that when they followed up on Harvey's claims, they found that Dennis Tobin never saw Scott at the club while Laci was missing and there was no employee named Stephanie. So with Harvey Kemple's credibility in question, that leaves two people testifying to one instance of Scott saying that he had been golfing on December 24th . (Unlike Harvey, Amie Krigbaum did tell police in late December that Scott said he had been golfing that day. It is unclear when Terra Venable first told the police that she heard Scott say he'd been golfing.)" Message left by Scott to Laci. "Hi, beautiful. I just left you a message at home. 2:15. I'm leaving Berkeley. I won't be able to get to Vella Farms to get the basket for Poppa. I was hoping you would get this message and go on out there. I'll see you in a bit, sweety. I love you. Bye." -"If police *had found anything. . ." Two people told you this and you still lie about it.

Furthermore, Dr Charles March testified there is no way that Scott and Laci Peterson's unborn baby could have died any earlier than Dec. 29, 2002. Dr Allison Galloway determined the baby could have even been alive as far along as Jan 14th. -Conner was found above the high tide line and water break. -The baby's left ear was permanently flattened against the head and a rectangular piece of material was over his ear. -Plastic wrap knotted around his neck that had to be cut off, not far from a plastic bag which was never tested. -The criminologist and medical examiner, both concluded that the twine could not have wrapped around Conner’s neck accidentally. Dr. Cyril Wecht noted, "never in a million years." -Laci had a missing neck that is not consistent with any known disarticulation in aqueous environments. -Laci's uterus was at least 10 cm (3.9") smaller than it should have been, explaining why the incision to remove Conner was not visible on her body, and the injured 9th rib, postmortem injury is in the same location where such an incision would have been made.

I don't care who if he was or wasn't spoiled rotte. I don't care about the affair. Fact renains the MPD should have done their jobs.

Juries don't like coincidences. It was super odd that, on Christmas eve, the day his wife disappears he decides to drive an hour and a half to go fishing at the same location where her body is dumped. I mean he's out there fishing and a few hundred yards away the killers are throwing her body in the bay. Unlikely. He thought she would never be found. A witness said he saw Scott heading out, but didn't see anything in the boat. The witness probably wasn't looking purposely into the boat to try and see what was in it. He was probably doing something, his attention was divided and he gave it a casual glance. The body probably wasn't wrapped in a bright red bed sheet, but more like a rain tarp or something that wouldn't look out of place in a fishing boat.

I actually worked with a girl who was trying to convince me and others that Jennifer was more attractive than Angelina Jolie and this was 15 years ago! She even went as far as saying "I don't even think she's attractive". I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder but that's just insane. I do think that some women hate on universally beautiful women and can be viciously competitive with one another. She saw Jennifer as less of a threat than Angelina and was deluding herself. I think Jennifer Aniston looks like a younger Barbra Streisand and that's not a good thing lol. I have noticed that there is more of a consensus among men that a certain woman is attractive than there is among women about a certain guy. It's harder to get women to agree about a man being attractive. A person's sex appeal is different than physical attractiveness. As a straight male I can't speak on a man's sex appeal. Maybe you find Owen Wilson sexier than Brad Pitt because it's hard to imagine how a woman can find him more physically attractive but I don't see certain things in men that you as a woman do. She later ended up revealing her true feelings unwittingly when I asked her back then if she believed the rumor that Brad Pitt was dating Angelina Jolie and she replied "I believe it because when two beautiful people meet each other that can happen". How did the police come to the date of Dec. 24 as the date that Laci was killed? Why did the police ignore the statements of over 20 people who said that Laci was seen after that date and that there was a burglary across the street that same date? People gave statements that two men were following Laci and were verbally harassing her and threatening her... why did the police ignore those statements and not investigate the circumstances? There was another pregnant woman, 6 months prior to this who was also found without her head, hands and feet in the harbor but that was not taken into account as a possible indication of a serial killer(s)? So much evidence that was not taken into consideration and their focus upon Scott skewed their investigation. They did not accept that there may have been another explanation, such as other persons may have been involved or had actually killed Laci and her son Connor. With the press having convicted Scott before day one of his trial, what did you expect him to do? He saw how badly things were going and he was not able to get the police to look anywhere else for suspects. That boat he was fishing in would have capsized if he had done what they claimed he had done. That boat, with his wifes body, with weights upon it, would have never been able to support that weight without capsizing. Having an affair does not make Scott a killer, now knowing what tackle to use, freshwater or saltwater, does not make him a killer either. All of this conjecture is not evidence. It does not provide proof of a crime, does it? Where is the hard evidence of the crime? Blood in the home? Nope. A dog who was wrong 75% of the time when tracking is used as proof that6 his wife was at the scene? Nope, she would have had to have been on the ground, walking or being dragged for that to occur. The statement that she was in the bed of the truck and that the dog detected that? Fantasy, plain and simple. How about the police making Scott being fishing at that spot public? Wouldn't that be against police policy? That gave other killers the ability to dump her body there and that would make Scott look very guilty, right? Polygraph? Nobody takes that test, it is highly subjective and not proof of anything. That is why it is not able to be used as evidence in court. I(f it were you being convicted in the press, how would you like it if no evidence was available to prove you did anything, but, the world had been convinced by the media that you are guilty? The guys who broke into the house across the street on Dec. 24 are the most logical suspects. Laci had been seen confronting those guys. The cops refused to investigate those guys as possible suspects. They even accepted a lie, that they had done the burglary on Dec. 26th, without investigating further. Even when the first thing one of the guys said was "I didn't have anything to do with the missing pregnant woman". Paraphrasing of course. They did not find anything in the house, he just admitted that. The FBI found nothing in the house because the murder was not committed there. One drop of blood, not Laci's, is brought up... for what reason? It has nothing to do with proving anything. A dent on a comforter, really? What a bunch of crap. This was a miscarri8age of justice. Reading what they want into each and every circumstance? Not professional at all. Doing laundry after going fishing? Wow, that is such a strange thing to do. Never parked his truck like that before? Really, are you kidding? This is sickening. Excuses is what I am hearing. Nothing more, nothing less. They made a patsy out of Scott by not pursuing other leads in this case. Period.

They were completely unable to prove that Laci Peterson's body went into the sea during the boat testing trip that Scott took. There were various ways they could have proved this. If they had found evidence of homicide in the house that would substantially prove their claim. However their own testing proved that there was no trace of any homicide in the house, nothing whatsoever. They made a great show of removing bags and bags of items they claimed were evidence from the house. However, under oath in court they admitted that they hadn't found a single item from the house that had any evidence of homicide at all. Not one thing that went to Scott Peterson's guilt. If they could have shown that Laci Peterson's body was conveyed in Scott's truck, that would be strong, possibly irrefutable, evidence that he'd harmed Laci. However, as they admitted, they found no trace whatsoever that she'd been in his truck that day. Showing that she was in the boat would have been very good evidence, almost the best you could get, that he had been involved in murdering her and disposing of her body. However once again they proved that there was no trace whatsoever of her in the boat, not a single thing except one hair that had fallen from his clothing. The MPD, and thus the state, proved with their own testing that Scott never harmed Laci and that the case against him was nonsense. Laci lived past Dec 24th and her body wasn't anywhere near the bay until April 2003. Scott Peterson is innocent.

Ms. Kelly, I really appreciate you, thank you for having this interview. You asked a lot of great questions, though I do wish you would've let Jon finish his full thougts before moving on to the next question, but I'm sure time was of the essence. It's fascinating to hear Jon speak about about this case because it seems that people are confused and actually think Scott didn't get a fair trial or was somehow railroaded into looking like a murderer. I believe Scott killed Laci and Conner and got a fair trial and is where he belongs based on all the surmountable circumstantial evidence that points directly to him.

If anyone is a fan of John Sandford and his "Prey" books, remember rule #1 when it comes to murder. Never kill anyone you know. Megyn is a great interviewer. This is her niche. Thanks for the video.

The day of the murder didn’t matter to Scott. Lacey was due to deliver at almost any time. He was out of time. He thought that Christmas has everyone preoccupied with their families, there wouldn’t be a bunch of people everywhere. He took a chance, but it didn’t work. So, he’ll spend the rest of his life in prison, if an inmate doesn’t kill him first!

The lie about Laci knowing about the affair is a clear indicator he further wanted to taint Laci's name . A means to further paint an idealic marriage where Scott was so loved he was always forgiven . Truth is he grew up never being held accountable for anything the golden child . Even his parents dismissed it as no big deal men stray everyday . Scott is guilty! While tes not every person who cheat on their spouse kills them in this case he did . He didnt want a divorce he didnt want a child but in his mind it's easier to bury them than carrying the shame of his tainted image and ending in divorce and possible child support and responsibility . Scott feeds of attention and believe hes this amazing man .

The one thing above all that sinks any possible theory as to Scott's innocence was his fake call to Laci's inbox. He doesn't mention that he decided to go fishing instead of golf, he just says he's at the marina. At that point Laci didn't even know he had a boat, and even if she did, he'd have told his really pregnant wife he was going to be driving 90 mins each away. Does anyone believe a husband would do this when there were many nearby lakes and rivers to try out his new secret boat, on a day that was too cold for golf? lol

Great responses from Lead detective, Jon Buehler. Wish she would have let him speak. Not sure why she would think that what she had to say was more important. He is so well spoken that her side was not even needed. He was also very respectful and generous all the times she cut him off. I didn't watch to hear her opinion and comments. I would also not be making such quick judgements based on a single piece or two. Just as he repeated over and over. I watched it to the end (over 2 days. lol) to see things from an educated and experience based perspective. I think it helps me to see things in a better way in general. To take in news and the world around me through the lens of an expert. And, why did she repeatedly mention how good looking he was. Not that good and who ultimately cares. A huge thank you to Detective Jon Buehler for his work and service to the world. Thank you for making our world a better place.

The most compelling thing that Jon Buehler said was "his actions, his evil is coming out of an attractive package" that perfectly describes Scott Peterson, I wouldn't say he's attractive or really handsome either. He's not butt ugly is a better term & there's NO doubt for me that he did it!!
