Early to Rise opens with three low-ranking astronauts aboard the DreamBlaster spaceship, accidentally woken up from hibernation - with 90 years left on their journey. After the panic of being trapped in their hibernation pods wears off, they commit themselves to finding an escape.
Through endless weeks of bickering, boredom and a little bonding, the three accidental prisoners manage to get drunk, get laid, get a video chat, get on a game show, get briefly out of their pod, get permanently trapped back in their pod, get a random lady killed, get an order placed on Amazon and get a rescue ship eaten by a giant alien whale.
They do not, however, manage to get free.

If this was originally serialised, I probably wouldn't have stayed with it long enough to see them all. But watching them all back to back was actually a lot of fun! Good job! 👍👍

Somehow, you made a claustrophobic, ultimately terrifying, mind-destroying, horrorshow into something *hilarious.* Bravo! The personalities and actions of these characters just make this perfect!

That was HILARIOUS
O....M....G!!!! This was amazing!!! It literally ticks every single box for a masterpiece!!! Completely original story, one that seems to be at risk of getting boring quickly, due to lack of change of scenery etc, yet somehow they managed to make every second pure comedy gold, that somehow just keeps on coming up with new wacky, crazy situations, that's not only believable, but also unexpected!!! The acting is fantastic, as is the special effects!! In fact I can not think of anything I didn't like!! The 23 minutes felt like 2 minutes, and left me wanting more!!! Much much more!!! One, if not the, best video I have ever seen on Dust!!! Thank you, please keep them coming!!!

It just goes to show what happens when people take pride in what they're doing. That was simply amazing couldn't have been any better. What a unique idea. I loved every second of it. Edited... Come on ya can't just leave all of us hanging. I want more. I would watch this if it was a regular TV show. Or like little skits between movies or something like that

I'll bet everyone had as much of a blast in the production of this hilarious space farce, as we enjoyed watching it! I can't help but wonder how much of the dialogue was ad - libbed or improvised with the wonderful comedic cast working off each other and the scriptwriters to "pull this off", so to speak.

Very little was improvised actually, but I love that it feels like spontaneous dialogue. We only had one pod to film in so the actors took turns being on camera while the other actors sat next to them and ran their lines. Any improv would have needed to be redone 3 times with our filming style.

Everything Alec said is true. That being said, in this case the actors and the writers were one and the same, so we definitely threw out a LOT of improvised lines during the writing process!
