    This guy is 20 years old, 6 ft 5 inches tall, and weighs 250 pounds. He lifts VERY heavy weights, but most of his lifting is to build his arm wresting muscles. If he trained legs, he'd be much heavier. He does not have the genes to develop big ripped muscles even if he wanted to.

  • @richardcaulker1017

    @richardcaulker1017

    Lifting very heavy weights with low reps builds strong nerves, and nerves move muscles. In a sense he is able to use mind over matter because of stronger nerve impulses to his muscles.

    @@richardcaulker1017 I saw that he does lift in a video, but he doesn't do it to look pretty. He doesn't mind gaining fat with the muscle. Fat also adds to the power.He just isn't cut and has fat covering his arm muscles.

    Schoolboy is a phenomenon. I've only seen him lose one or two individual arm wrestling contests. I don't understand how he achieves such a jigh level of performance, often against more muscular opponents, but I note that he always seems to be in the mental zone he wants to be, and is totally focussed, never loses concentration for a moment.

    Schoolboy is brilliant. He studies his opponent during the match and adjusts his technique and power delivery to accomplish the overall task at the right time. Watch him closely watching every aspect of his opponents attempts to gain ground. You will see him apply the right amount of counter resistance, shift his body weight, reposition his grip, waiting for his over confident opponents who think they cannot lose to a non ripped "kid" then when they are too the point beyond return with their expired stamina and strength he goes all in hard for the kill. Like I said he's brilliant...

    Well, apparently schoolboy payed attention in physics class: Notice how he prioritizes pulling the hand and arm of the bodybuilder TOWARDS his own body first, to enlarge his leverage and torque. THEN he goes in for the kill, using his whole body weight. Meanwhile the body builder only tries to rotate his own arm with as much raw force as possible, earning defeat after defeat, possibly wondering what the heck is going on. This video is a beautiful case study. Physics 1 : 0 Muscles
