Researchers at Reading University say that an increase in man made greenhouse gases in the atmosphere has triggered a return of crucial seasonal rains to the Sahel region of Africa. The study comes exactly 30 years since the Live Aid concerts in 1985, which raised money to help those suffering from famine, which killed 100,000 people due to a persistent drought in countries such as Ethiopia.
