14:20 Going through frame-by-frame, the flash from your attack happened, then the enemy swung, the attack damage popup showed, then you took damage, and only *then* did the enemies actually get hit by the attack. It seems the shockwave is what actually does the damage and that comes out like 4 frames after impact.
