That mass of loot by Eris was added in the patch, they added loot drops to Eris showing up in new games from now on, and that was your retroactive rewards for all the trouble she gave you.

If you use transcendent embryo and then switch at the next fountain you can keep the chaos boon

Just in case you're curious, I was playing a run alongside this video with the first stage of the Limited Time Fear option and it would absolutely be a free toggle for you, at least when going down. I haven't tried it out going uppies, and obviously can't compare it to a run you've done (yet! Excited for tomorrow, uppies is super cool) and I think it would be tougher, but, like, if you want to increase Fear for literally free, you are plenty on-pace just playing the way you are. I was in Tartarus with 14 minutes left when you were a little before Cerberus, so you'd have 5 minutes left with a +9 waiting in the wings

Now that you have infernal arms you should take mining for the next 5-10 runs because you need tons of silver/etc

Chaos Gate purchased from Well being in Asphodel is a bug. Should definitely report it.

Calling the crossroads upgrades the "farmville aspect" of the game is harsh but I feel it lol

In hades I Zeus boons synergizes really well with other Zeus boons, its no surprise that in Hades II its the same, having both attack and flourish being zeus on the Argent Skull is great as they will both help proc Blitz especially on the special with that particular hammer.

The hex is immediate after the first use of it in the room

at the end of the run the specials did the most damage lol, it just looked smaller because of the 1’s in it

There is definitely a lot more progression stoppers in this compared to the first game. They're not _poorly_ designed at the very least, but they certainly add to the tedium. But, that's what EA is for, hopefully with feedback it can be adjusted to not be so jarring, in the off chance you're a god gamer like Reto. Death to Chronos!

Seeing that specials did 139k damage, it's strange to think they didn't do much, the blitz only did as much since they were also going while specials did the heavy lifting

have you tried pausing the chronos fight it's quite fun
