Chef the thing you used is called a “cotton round” it’s like a cotton ball just flat and round. My back has been hurt badly for 4 days now. Nothing has worked. I’m going to try this. But I do have some black seed oil in my fridge, and I’m about to take a cap full.
Hi Chef That little round cotton that you used, it’s labelled as Cotton Pads. I’ll be trying that remedy too, because I’m suffering with leg and hip pain. The hospital and GP said it’s Sciatica pain. Thank you 💖⭐️☀️
