I really enjoyed this video. Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks. I have a tri color jade that I had purchased and no matter how little water or enough water to wet the soil it would stay limp. And then I stuck the plant in more direct sun and waalaa! The plant responded wonderfully and stiffened up.

Start with specifics more quickly. I also have a great jade plant but it has some sort of fungus and I would like to know how to treat the fungus, when the lower leaves have brownish spots that that take over more and more leaves. My plant is outside on the patio. Thank you!

Maybe check if you didn't overwater it and as a result the roots rotted. Happened to me once. I was watering it quite often because the leaves seemed floppy and thin, turned out that I overdone it and the plant had no roots whatsoever. Also, I recommend making sure that the soil is light enough, so that after watering the roots aren't sitting in water for many days.

Jade plants may be grown outdoors as landscape plants in areas with a mild, dry climate year-round .They are very susceptible to cold damage, so in locations where temperatures get to freezing or below, it’s best to grow jade in containers and take them indoors when it gets below 50°F (10°C).

Westminster Drive Your leaves are dropping because you have a spidermite issue on the plant. Try spraying the plant leaves on all sides (upper and lower) with water and Dawn dish soap. Mix 1 drop of Dawn dish soap into a small spray bottle with water. Then carefully rinse the plant off with low running water in the sink. Carefully wiping off each leaf with your fingers. Once that is done, remove the plant from your store bought container and repot in another clean pot with succulent potting mix. Set the newly potted plant in a indirect sunlight spot. Good luck. Discard the old pot and dirt immediately since probably was infested with spidermites. Always use the soap and water method whenever you buy new plants. Also, before you buy new plants look at the plant, leaves (upper and under sides), run your hand through the plants to check for webs which are created by spidermites, check the soil in the pots for bugs. Avoid buying plants with above issues. All the best and good luck.

My plant is dying. I shifted to new pot and then it's leaves shredded down and it's like dying after 4 days. What to do now.

Its a soil / transfer shock for plant, it does happen. Use rooting hormone while potting. Water is nicely but not over. Kp in sun in summers. It will grow back. But its a slow grower.

I too am doubtful about the soil, I want to repot it but am scared that the plant will Start shedding the leaves. The soil as of now is not so porous. Moreover there is cocopeat mixed. Soil is quite sticky. What to do ?
