I only have a mini bench mounted lathe, wish that I had the space and money to have one that size. I still love the one I have though, it's still very useful, made so many parts with it over the years.

Boa tarde, eu não tinha um tarugo redondo com esse diâmetro e tive de utilizar um hexágono. Decidi não comprar um fungo rotativo e fiz uma engenhoca fixe que funciona a 100%! Obrigado pelo feedback:)))) Bem-vindo e dei-te um like😉

You could have used that shaft to make a collet Chuck for different collets to use in your mill.

I must have accumulated a dozen pipe centre's over the years up to about 200mm diameter. Very useful , I have no idea why you heat treated the little one you made. No wear can occur during use & a softer centre will seat better than hard material. They can be made quite successfully out of brass , plastic , aluminium etc.

In my case, this steel is quenched at 850 degrees Celsius followed by normalization at 250 degrees Celsius 😉

и сколько по времени ты эту хрень делал ?, даже по видео - 10 минут, её делать - 5 минут максимум, а зачем на угол разворачивал - от руки сделал и все дела - чё он тебе даёт этот точный угол
