They would have us come to practice and then would work with the chourus members and the main charecters do nothing for about the first two weeks. We would go off on our own and practice lines, but they should have another person work with the people who are doing nothing. That or don't have us come to practice.

Reminds me of a typical rehearsal of ánything. I usually try taking the lead in those situations, but people will say you're bossy and burn down all of your ideas, so you (I) sit down quietly again, untill in the end, the teacher comes along and you've got nothing to show. In the end, I had to seriously ask permission to finish each project on my own. The teachers told me it was a stupid plan, that it would make me isolated and that I had to learn to work with others. In facts, they were right. In practice, I was right. I got my diploma and the rest of my group had to start over the entire yéár, because they'd tried to commit fraud with their mentors autographs so they wouldn't have to finish the project.

It reminded me of when the entire fifth grade at my school tried to sing it for our promotion ceremony. In the end, the chorus teacher gave up on us and chose this other girl, who sang solo. To be fair, she did have an amazing voice.

I saw Phantom on Broadway. The chandelier was bigger then. They've certainly had to make some budget cuts.

Some people are talking about how Hamilton and Lin Manuel Miranda saved Broadway, but no one has mention Newsies, which I think was an awesome broadway play

@@emilykrey5319 I didn't fact check it right now but if I'm not mistaken, Newsies opened on broadway in 2013 and Hamilton openend on Broadway in 2015 (yes, Lin first performed songs in 2009 but by then it wasn't even close to finished)

Bruh it's really not that difficult to see a show on Broadway, there's only a couple shows that are actually expensive if you know how to shop

I actually sold CUTCO knives at one point, and let me tell you… There is not a single knife set you can get it for under $50. Hell, even the cheapest item, a god damn Can Opener, was something like $54. Did not, ah...didn't sell much.

i think a LOT of the audience didn't realize Neil did play Mark in Rent early in his career. I lost it when phantom dude looked at him with disgust and said "unbelievable". so funny. 😆
