This 10 minute workout is all about working the legs. We'll do 10 different exercises in total, working for 40 seconds at a time and resting for 20 seconds.

yep, my legs are burning...but I did have a good laugh at the coach when he said "there's no way I'm lasting 40 secs" during the static squats...gotta love when the coach has had it too!!

I've done loads of Joe's workouts since lockdown but this is a genuine killer...my legs feel like they will give way just walking down the stairs... 🔥
Do this twice through, 3 times a week. Have gained almost 5kg of muscle mass in a few months! This guy is an absolute god! Love his workouts!

Yea I did it with a 10kg dumbbell I don’t think we need legs anymore

@@yomomashouseidk9465 damn I just did it twice with 2kg on each hand and I’m exhausted, I tried to add in punches with most of the squats but I couldn’t imagine trying that with 10kg dumbbells 😭

Love your intro, you are gonna feel like you've been kicked up the arse by a horse 😂🤣 also love the fact you struggled, proves you are human, although I don't think the heat helped. I found narrow spilt squats & lunge jumps difficult as couldn't get my knees that low, hopefully over time I will.

Thank you so much. I'm so self conscious over my legs recently so this helps a lot. Trouble is though, I'm gaining a big large bloated stomach and I'm so unsure on how to fix it. If anyone has any advice please tell me because I really puts me down

Try to eat as clean as possible and just work your whole body equally there are no short cuts for the stomach

I am having a problem there too. I keep reminding myself having 4 kids was worth it. Still bums me out that I cant seem to get back that muscle tone.

Did this yesterday, didn't feel that it worked my boot but as it turns out, my glutes and glute medius are equally as sore as my quads!

I swear each time I do this it gets tougher! To be honest though I've been adding kettlebells to increase the intensity so that could be why 😅 amazing workout though, definitely only need 10 minutes on them :)

I did a 20-minute kettlebell workout then I just did this as an add-on and now I'm about to do 10-minute abs! Wish me luck, I have nothing left in these legs.
