I wish I had the patience to keep everything as organized as you when cooking. I tend to have a mess after I'm done.

That is very kind. I am of course even more organized when I camera, but in general I try to stay organized in the kitchen to avoid mistakes. I have tried to form the habit of getting my "mise en place" ready before I start a dish. Like so many things, so can develop the habit if you force yourself to do it enough times.

Today i have been watching on big TV screen instead of mobile phone todays show is good nice orange dress best of luck to both of you plz make some Asian dish for your INDO/Pak viewers thanks

Thanks Zia. Well, I am not well learned in INDO/Pak foods, but if I can come up with something I will give it a try. Sometimes, though these dishes may even be popular in parts of the US, it is often difficult to source ingredients where I am living now due to it being pretty rural.

Well said. And I too, do like to eat. :-) Although I believe I actually enjoy cooking for other more than for myself. I'm probably secretly a narcissist that craves the praise.

It turned out perfectly delicious. Give my particular difficulties, it may have been better to cut the porjk slightly smaller, but it worked out okay.

Looks delicious! You might want to try Teds' Meat Mkt in Saginaw for the white sausage. They are authentic German in every way. I made homemade saurkraut in a 20 gal crock when I was in high school for something to do. Everyone who tried it said it was the best they ever had. Are you going to have any vids on Frankenmuth?

Terry, we actually got the weisswurst in Frankenmuth. Not familiar with Ted's, but I will have to look it up. Only slightly closer, but would love to check out some place new. As for Frankenmuth episodes, well, we've done a few, but I do want to do one of the full display of the glockenspiel at Bavarian Inn. Don't really know what else or when.

It was delicious! We will do this again!

Thank you Dear. I was relieved and thrilled that you enjoyed it. I certainly did. Well, it's super easy to put together, so as long as we keep a supply of puff-pastry on hand I will be happy to do this any time. Although, I am pretty intrigued by the thought of curried goat with lentils and chickpeas pot pie. :-)

Looks Yummy!! I'm going to scrounge up some fun stuff and make a pot pie for supper!😊 (No idea what will be in it.)

LOL! Doesn't matter what in it. A protein and one or more vegetables covered with a pastry, preferably puff pastry, and bake it. Done. Well, that and of course a variety of seasonings to your particular taste. Thanks so much! I am so glad this looked appealing to you!

Looks amazing buddy! If you guys like pizza try the 2 ingredient pizza dough. I live it. But we add a bit of garlic and Italian seasoning to the dough. Got a short clip on here of my one of the kids making dinner one night.
