Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 Running Shoe Review

If you'd told me that a speed shoe could be my daily trainer, I'd have said "no way," but the Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 has changed my mind. Coming in on the heels of the much-loved Endorphin Speed 2, the Endorphin Speed 3 checks all the boxes for a fast race shoe: it's a lightweight 8.1 ounces per shoe and the midsole is soft but responsive with a full-length nylon plate to add some pop. The game-changer of the Endorphin Speed 3 is the addition of wings to that nylon plate-now, it's not only a fast shoe, but also stable enough for racking up the mileage throughout your training week.

Nice review man. Loved the outtakes. I've ordered the White ones
After running over 250 miles on the Endorphin Speed 1, I bought a spare once the Speed 2 came out. I finally retired the OG Speed 1 and am running on the second pair. Once the Speed 3 came out and the price of the Speed 2 went down by half, I snagged one. So maybe by June/July of next year, I can finally get a pair of marked down Speed 3s! I guess you can see the pattern here. The other nice thing about waiting is that more colorways become available over time and you have a bit more to choose from, assuming the size is available.
I’m here for the REI running content 🤙🏻 Do you know if they’re making a wide version (EE) of this shoe? I’ve heard rumors but haven’t found it anywhere with the initial release
The heel rubbing is an issue for me.
I honestly do not get these overly padded shoes. They seem to be like a bicycle. A machine to allow you to travel farther in less time with less damage to the body , but unlike the bike the forces are going to end up in some places where they should not. Save the bouncy padded shoes for racing the long distance races when only vain glory counts.

It’s not because you don’t get it that you should comment negatively. Get into longer runs and the benefit will be obvious. Speed shoes are designed to return energy to your stride. These work
