SATAN & RELIGION--How Satan Hijacked the Church

SATAN & RELIGION--How Satan Hijacked the Church
Pergamos to Rome: Three hundred years later, Rome moved into power, Julius Caesar had all the priestesses and priests of Semiramis moved from Pergamos to Rome. That's history. You can read that yourself. Julius Caesar had a great idea about having more power if he could combine a false religion with his system. You see, he knew what every good conqueror knows; you've got to get the people religiously. When the worship of Semiramis arrived in Rome, the chief priest of the Mystery Religions in Rome took the title Pontifex Maximus and it was imprinted on his miter. The title had to do with the worship of a god called Dagon the Fish-god. From then on, every emperor in Rome wore the title Pontifex Maximus.
Constantine & Christianity: During the year A. D. 306 a Roman emperor named Constantine was threatened by a very powerful enemy army. Realizing that his uneasy troops needed confidence, Constantine claimed to have seen a vision on the eve of the battle. He saw a large blue flag with a red cross on it and heard a mighty voice that said In hoc signo vinces -- “in this sign conquer.”
Babylonianism to The Church: In 381 A.D., the Roman emperor Gratian refused to wear the paraphernalia of Babylonianism, but he passed it to the Roman Pope Damasus. Since Damasus, every Pope of Rome has worn the garb of Babylon--the fish hat, the crosier, and the keys of Janus and Cybele. In our days, Pope John Paul II and his most recent successor, Pope Benedict XVI, wears the garb of Babylonian idolatry. As the pagans had worshipped their gods (icons of their deceased pontiffs) in their pantheons and temples, they now worshipped their patron saints and their lcons in cathedrals and churches.

What most do not know is that the original title Lutheran, was a derogatory title used to insult. Those who turned away from the control of the papacy to embrace justification by faith alone were not allowed the title Christian or catholic (Greek word for universal) because they were excommunicated and designated as 'apostate' and branded with the name of the 'heretic' who instigated the people to cast off the papacy. Lutherans continued the name tradition in honor of those who gave their lives for the gospel of grace alone. This is the only reason we still go by the name.

Appreciate your factual, non nonsense teachings of precepts and principles. The church has` forgotten the basic`s Christ taught and have taken away and added traditions and teachings of man made religion. Only when we surrender to Christ and HIS teaching and ways, do we begin the journey of understanding, wisdom and relationship as we walk in Him. Philippians 1:6 (NLT) And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.

Thank you so much for pointing out the problems with the Reformed practice of paedobaptism and confirmation. I was raised in the CRC church (and graduated from the very school you were referring to), and I was unsaved until I was 29. I do not ever remember a time when I was evangalized in the CRC church. I certainly could not have ever told you the gospel message, or given any logical reason for why I would have been saved. Salvation only came for me when I surrendered wholly to Christ and His Lordship, and I was fortunate to find an expository church by which I could be taught and led. One regret is that I lived just around the corner from Calvary Baptist Church while you were teaching there, and I missed out on the opportunity to sit under your teaching, and maybe would have heard the gospel sooner.

Baloney! I'm a Wisconsin Synod Lutheran and the children do confess we are sinful at confirmation, that is what the teaching of Confirmation is about and we cannot take Jesus's body and blood without knowing WHY we are taking the Sacrament of Holy Communion. AND every Sunday we confess that we are sinful and can only be saved by being covered by the Blood of Christ AND we profess that at Communion. The children are also taught that they must choose this as their own belief and not because of parents or the church. This is when children make their own decisions. I love to listen to your teaching because we can all use more knowledge about the most important belief and love in our life, God. I know that I cannot stand before the judgement of the Father without my Lord Jesus Christ interceding on my behalf by Jesus's works not mine. We pray and have the Holy Spirit to guide us as much as we sinners will or can allow due to our sinful nature. I really wish that you would research about other Religion more thoroughly before dumping us into categories. Now perhaps you were speaking about the American Lutherans but certainly not the Wisconsin and Missouri Synod Lutherans. I would suggest you do more homework when comparing other religions. All religion, Baptist, Lutheran, Catholic, etc. has been touched by man who is sinful and therefore no religion is infallible. The Word of God was inspired by the Holy Spirit and why we study the Bible but, I assure you, we believe we are sinful and must be covered in Jesus Christ's blood for our eternal salvation and not by works or any other means. Works come because we love God and even our works are not Holy, they are our attempts to do the best we can within our own limitations because we love God, not for any other reason.

Yeah I see a lot of misinformation that Catholics seem to believe about Protestant. One guy was trying to say we live in constant fear of committing a sin because we believe if we commit one sin right before we die we go straight to hell. lol. We all believe the gospel, at least I hope. Covered by the grace of God. We’re all sealed by His Spirit. Denominations typically don’t fight with one another, that’s another thing that Catholics seem to believe about Protestant churches that they all think the other guys are wrong lol. None of us disagree on the important factors. I don’t think God wants us fighting about denominations or which church / what kind of church we go to. At the end of the day I believe it’s just about having a relationship with God and obeying Him / relying on Him for obedience and I guess as much as you can rely on Him for. Having faith, trusting in Him. You know. And we all do that. And having a different opinion about details doesn’t really affect your actual dedication to Christ. Whether your love is sincere, and whether you are sincere to Christ or your ‘religion’ are two very different things.

Now I understand how we got here and understand what happens when Jesus is removed from the "system." I do have a question: In your chalkboard timeline, have you done a teaching on what happened between the time when Jesus was on earth the first time, and the formation of doctrine, some of which also removed Jesus? Have you ever done a teaching on how each of these changes is reflected exactly in the Letters Jesus wrote to the churches at the beginning of The Book of Revelation?

I have been through all of this. I have spent a lifetime exploring doctrine. My conclusion is: it is Christ alone , His teaching and His Sacrifice. The doctrinal differences, as long as they do not encourage idolatry or a divergence from the Trinity or the dilution or falsification of Christ's incarnation and death and resurrection, do not matter. Believe! Live your life for Him! See your life through a spiritual lense. This is NOT our home!

I'm a first-time viewer and a new subscriber. Thank you for sharing this video and explanation as it's the best synopsis that I've seen to date. Regarding the box (Bible) with the 4 orange corners, I would like to ask two questions to see if anyone can help. 1. Orthodox Church. Would the Orthdox Church fall under 1. Early Church or 2. (Works) Catholic Church? 2. Messianic Judaism. I know it wasn't discussed, as the term is a relatively new one, but would the Jews who were believers in and followers of Yeshua as the Messiah (eg. the 12 Apostles + Paul and the disciples) fall under 1. Early Church? Or would they most connect with the Early Church as they are Jews, who believe that Yeshua is the Messiah, believe in the Trinity, believe in Yeshua's crucifixion/burial/resurrection/ascension, His 2nd coming, the final judgment, the Bible in its entirety, and maintain Jewish holiday's, observances, traditions, etc. Thank you once again for your video and I look forward to learning more from your ministry. But if you go to Rome and you look at the victory arch. That still stands there for that battle. There is not one cross or 1 godly. Thing on that victory arch which is in the middle of Rome. Why would Constantine not put the cross? Because Catholicism is pagan; as it is a religion of the Sun as opposed to the son of God. The God of Israel, Yahua, is the Creator. His prophecies verify his word. There was a nation of people that was sent into slavery with iron yokes about their necks, never be with their own children, will be known as a by word, a nation cursed but God for their disobedience. The people living in Israel are NOT they. The return of God's chosen people to their land has yet to happen. It's interesting to note that it was the current resident's ships that carried the goods of the Trans Atlantic slave trade all over the world. With the help of the papacy and the state powers of Portugal, Europe, Spain and North America. God's curse on the Hebrews was fulfilled and the resurrection of His Chosen Nation as Priests of Yahua with Yahusha as our High Priest and King. Cling to the Christ and be grafted in.

The answer to your question is deep, very deep. It exposes the rottenness of the world system at its root, and may lead to redemption. Those who know and proclaim the Truth are persecuted by people you wouldn’t expect, often by their own families, just as promised by our Messiah. The answer leads to the key of Wisdom, unlocking the Word of Truth and revealing the true Messiah. His name is hated and persecuted, erased from nearly every Bible. His father’s name is anathema to Catholics. His followers have been relentlessly pursued by enemies and will be until the end. The Dragon who controls the beast and the harlot despises the name and the Truth, has attempted to blot both of them out, and confused many into using substitutions in their place. Knowing and walking with (obeying) the Truth sets you free. There is one name under heaven by which men may be saved. He came in his Father’s name (His father’s name is in His name). When you look upon Him you look upon the Father. He is the indwelling spirit of the Elohim of Elohim. His name is Yahshua, son of Yahuah. He is the Messiah, and died on a stake (Greek stauros: upright single log) for the sins of those who accept him, repent and obey his commandments. His commandments are the covenant in his blood, and the old priestly order of burning meat sacrifices was done away with at his resurrection. Yahshua is our High priest forever, able to make intercession at any time with His most perfect sacrifice. The eternal covenant then, must be the Ten Commandments, which Yahshua referenced when He said Love Yahuah with all your heart and all your mind and all your spirit, and love your neighbor as yourself. The first four commandments bring us to love Yahuah, the last six to love our neighbors. How many Christian churches preach that the law was “done away with?” This means lawlessness! Our Messiah will one day say I do not know you, workers of lawlessness! Teaching their flocks lawlessness sounds an awful lot like Do what thou wilt! I have much more to say, but do not wish to cast pearls before swine or shout into the wind fruitlessly. Please tell me if you wish to hear more.

It is impossible for Satan to overcome the Church that Jesus founded on the apostles with Peter in charge (Mt 16:19). Jesus said, "I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it" (Mt 16:18). What church is the presenter really talking about? Jesus declared that "I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world" (see Jn 6:35-58). I would submit that the majority of believers tend to think of salvation and the Christian life as a typical fight between good and evil. While both good and evil do exist, the shameful reality is that most resign to the devil fighting Christ as a result of Lucifer falling. If God is God, "and he is", he for ways only known to him caused the fall. If not, then God wouldn't have known that Lucifer would rebel, Adam and eve would eat of the forbidden tree, on and on. God is all knowing, and always has been thus being the creator, he created knowing beforehand everything. Proof is literally all throughout the Bible.... I declared the end from the beginning, the lamb who was slain from before the world began, we were chosen in him from before the world was founded, so on and so on. One of the attributes of a believer is that they will deny themselves daily and understand that God is doing absolutely everything including the evil that Satan is doing, not convinced.... How about reading Isaiah 45:7.... We need to spend more time adding to our faith, and not trying to figure out or explain the devil of which none of us are qualified or capable of doing, just as none of us can accurately describe God's ways or thoughts.

The cross was a well known symbol of sun worship since babel. Constantine knew this and his troops knew this. According to contemporaneous accounts, he saw a Greek chi, which is not quite a cross. The LXX has the word stauros as the object on which Yahushua was nailed. Stauros being a straight singular pole, not a crossed set of poles. The translator of the Latin vulgate propagated the cross error because it had infiltrated the current theology at the insistence of Constantine, a lifelong Pagan worshipper of Mithras the sun deity. As for the reformation, they didn’t throw off the shackles of Roman oppression, they only loosened the chains slightly. They did not discard the leaven of men’s traditions, and ignored the instructions provided by our Creator whom they claimed to serve. They clung to their Traditions and loved the Darkness more than the light of Truth. Most of their Traditions, even today, DIRECTLY OPPOSE the message of Messiah and His Father. Christianity as a whole is teaching evil as good and good as evil because of the traditions of men. Where do your vaunted doctrines come from? Are they all from scripture? The Holy Spirit is to be our instructor, our authority, not men who have falsely usurped the authority that rightly belongs to our Heavenly Father alone. Do you meet in an expensive building with a fertility phallus on the roof? That is condemned as an abomination. Do you bring trees (phalluses) into your home, deck them with gold and silver (sperm), shiny balls (testes), and lights (memorials for the dead/necromancy). Do you put gifts under the trees (bowing down to an idol)? Do you celebrate the anniversary of one’s birth? With cake (made for the queen of heaven) candles, wishes (smoke to carry the wish to genies) and pointy hats (phallus)? Do you celebrate a spring fertility festival? With eggs, bunnies, gift giving, and the name of an ancient deity not our Elohim? Do you celebrate a festival of death, in the autumn, using necromantic rituals to propitiate the dead? How many of you celebrate the Sabbaths and feast days mandated by our Heavenly Father as part of His Eternal Covenant? Do you understand the term grafted in, or, indeed, obedience? Satan Hijacked the ekklesia in the alexandrian school, followed by Constantine. Constantine made the truly UNIVERSAL circus, mixing in all the pagan beliefs with some of the beliefs of the original assembly. Traditions of men are leaven, the modern Christian circus is just as bad as the Pharisees. Strip away the traditions of men. Stick with the scripture alone.

Protestantism came after Catholicism and Orthodox and what did Jesus say about the first apostolic Church? Matthew 16:18 “And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. “ if you find the oldest churches today in Europe where apostles spread seeds, they are Catholic or Orthodox. Which teach Mary is Immaculate and which church teaches Jesus is physically present in Church via Eucharistic last supper in mass, intercession with saints, confession of sins with priest and purgatory and mortal sin? The reason why we have so many sects is because there were arguments against old ancient dogmas and traditions that these heretics opposed. The dogmas were actually approved by council members at high levels of the Church. Again Jesus promised that the gates of hell will not prevail against the oldest and Church tradition. Go to that Church; oldest Christian religion and yes I’m a Roman Catholic for historical reasons to avoid the modern day reformations that causes many divisions in beliefs and yes works does save or reduce time in purgatory (Abraham’s bosom) What did Jesus say about the Good Samaritan that didn’t pass the beggar and ignore him? Defending and supporting the Catholic Church dogma here.

Great explanation. It's somethig to think about that for about a thousand years in most parts of the world and Christianity, there was nothing else but the caholic church. There was no other somehow "true church" parallel to it. What are we to make out of that time...? But yea, at least I get an idea from you, showing how the roman catholic church drifted more and more away... but anyways, wasn't the bad corrupted root there from its beginning with constantine? So from then on, it must have been like.a huge crazy mixture of true believes (and true saved believers?) and a bunch of pagan stuff... but where were the real believers who refused to be part of that system of salvation through works and mixture with paganism..? Could anyone be a saved believer without seperating from that? And a question on the last part: do you believe "signs and wonders" is adding to the bible? Really? Why? Are they not IN the bible clearly - for the church, for believers? Like Jesus says "these signs will follow those who believe..."?

The Greek word that is mis-translated ‘church’ is ‘ekklesia’. The word is a political term and its use predated JESUS’ birth. It literally means ‘called out ones’ (Strongs G1577) and refers to the secular assembly of citizens ‘called out’ to govern their community (See Acts 19:32, 39, 41. This is the only place where it refers a secular assembly. ‘ekklesia’ appears 114 times in the Greek texts that are used to translate what we know today as the New Testament. The apostle Paul wrote in four places in the NT (Eph 1:22-23, Eph 5:23, Col 1:18, Col 1:24) that the ‘body of Christ’ and the ‘ekklesia’ are synonymous. ‘ekklesia’ refers to the members of the ‘body of Christ’ individually, collectively or an assembly of members. It was never used to refer to a building or a denomination. As members of the ‘ekklesia’ we were/are called out of darkness to manifest the kingdom of GOD in the earth. Our very presence was/is salt and light to humanity who is dying in the darkness. We are ‘called out’ to bless and to be a blessing to the sons of Adam and point them to JESUS. It is HOLY SPIRIT’s responsibility to provide the grace necessary to believe in/on JESUS. Apart from that grace it is impossible to come to faith in JESUS. The institutional church system is a shoddy substitute for the body of CHRIST. The institutional church system encompasses all of the christian denominations including catholicism. The HOLY SPIRIT assembles the body of CHRIST to do the work of the kingdom of GOD. 1Cor 14:26-33 26 What is the outcome then, brethren? When you assemble, each one has a psalm, has a teaching, has a revelation, has a tongue, has an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification. 27 If anyone speaks in a tongue, it should be by two or at the most three, and each in turn, and one must interpret; 28 but if there is no interpreter, he must keep silent in the church; and let him speak to himself and to God. 29 Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others pass judgment. 30 But if a revelation is made to another who is seated, the first one must keep silent. 31 For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all may be exhorted; 32 and the spirits of prophets are subject to prophets; 33 for God is not a God of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints. This is one of the rare descriptions of an assembly of the ‘ekklesia’ in the first century. When is the last you witnessed or experienced an assembly of followers of JESUS where any of this occurred? Sunday school would be the closest example. The Sunday morning monologue of the institutional church system certainly does not resemble 1Cor 14:26-33.

Pure religion is an imitation of Christ. If you are resting upon the loving Saviour as your only hope, if self is hid with Christ in God, God will be with you, and you will be with him. You will then feel and know the power of true religion. If you have anything else, then you have a false religion, but religion is not to blame. Pure and undefiled religion is not a sentiment, but a doing of works of love and mercy. In these words of the lawyer: “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself,” Christ said, “Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.” In these few words are laid down the terms of eternal life. True godliness is measured by the work done. Profession is nothing; position is nothing; a character like the character of Christ is the evidence we are to bear that God has sent His Son into the world.

Eph 4.13 *Till* we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: It takes painful process if you want to go all the way with Christ and enter really in to the Kingdom during this life time where "thy will be done" This is what John spoke its not something you can claim reading the bible. They went through persecution giving up everything and spend all the time with Jesus then they had full communion with God. 1Joh. 1:3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, *that ye also **_may_** have* fellowship with us: and *truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.* Church without walls. Body of Christ is alive, gifts are in the Spirit ( all 5 offices ) Gods Kingdom in the earth is not the church, and you may enter in this life time, its not about just getting ticket to Heaven when you die. There is, times of new wine. Matt. 9:17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved. ( was earlier talking about fasting ) Hebr. 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; ..nd this will we do, if God permit. Rom. 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. / in the end there will be radiant people as body of Christ is rising. Rev 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath *made herself ready* Not all are included in the bride.

We Catholics, Orthodox and even some Protestants(Lutherans and Anglicans) take the view that baptism is salvific. This is opposed by evangelical Christians(particularly Baptists) who take the view that salvation is effected the moment one “confesses Christ” by faith(citing passages such as Romans 10:13). Protestant biblical scholar Everett Ferguson wrote what is perhaps the definitive work on the subject, *Baptism in the Early Church: History, Theology, and Liturgy in the First Five Centuries*. In it he writes on page 854: *”Although in developing the doctrine of baptism different authors had their descriptions, there is a **remarkable agreement on the benefits received in baptism**. And these are already present in the New Testament texts. Two fundamental blessings are often repeated: the person baptized receives forgiveness of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit(Acts 2:38). The two fundamental doctrinal interpretations of baptism are sharing in the death and resurrection of Christ, with the attendant benefits and responsibilities(Rom.6:3-4), and regeneration from above(John 3:5), with it’s related ideas.”* I think this pretty definitively shows that the Catholic view on baptism is the correct and authentic teaching of the apostles.

Does John 1v1 say, "In the beginning was the Bible, and the Bible was with God and the Bible was God"? The meaning of words can be discussed endlessly. John 5vv39-40 The Bible exists to point us to Christ. John 14vv8-9 Jesus, the Word of God incarnate, shows us God the Father. Matthew 18vv3-4 Humbling ourselves like a little child does not, I suspect, mean that we need to get our theology complete and complex to come to (and continue to) know God as Father.

Just goes to show that very few have the full range of orthodox Christian doctrine including the dispensational framework which most importantly teach the difference between Israel and the church, pre Trb rapture, judgement seat of Christ as a completely different event of the great white throne judgement… and so on…

Only Believers are Predestined to the blessings listed in Ephesians 1 & the new bodies mentioned in Romans 8 (those are the only two places). Look at Ephesians 1:13 & 2:11-13... your not "In Him" or predestined to anything until you receive/trust Jesus as Savior. No one is pre-saved or pre-reprobated in Scripture. Hence, Calvinism is another gospel. "Individuals are born doomed from the womb to a certain death and are to glorify Him (God) by their destruction" quote from John Calvin. And he didn't mean it's by God's foreknowledge of who would believe/receive Jesus,. But rather taught some (very few) are pre-selected in eternity past to someday be irresistibly regenerated & all others aren't, they were prepared as vessels for destruction & will fry for God's glory... that's evil, that's not biblical.

I don't know how you can say that Roman Catholic Church @7:00 is 99% believer in the same bible when they do the following... They have 1.3B followers who have pagan beliefs, their beliefs and Pope's blaspheme the scripture and call themselves like the holy God above, they believe the Popes and Priests forgive sin, they call their priests father, they prey to Mary (invariably comes from Semiramis the queen of heaven) , they believe in baby baptism, the pope said dont pray to God to forgive sin ask him! They believe Mary and the Pope are in place of God is higher than Jesus, they removed the 2nd commandment and split the 10th. They kept scripture away from common man in Latin and burnt and disallowed others from reading for themselves. They murdered historically 10s of millions of reformers/protesting against them with accurate historical figures of 50 million murdered in the dark ages. They also brought about their Latin Vulgate which produced later on "modern translations" which brought about doctrinal changes due to the abuse of translation and changing of important words. Your lecture has aligned all the beliefs and doctrines as if the RCC is similar, well they are by far worse.

  • @kennypowers17

Because we can’t. We are all sinners. Because we are sinners we owe a debt to a holy God who is too pure to have a relationship with Him in our current fallen state. The good news is Jesus Christ of Nazareth paid your debt to God. The proof is in His resurrection with many witnesses. God will give you want your heart wants-it’s your choice to believe: forgiveness from eternal damnation and everlasting life with God, or to deny God’s free gift and spend eternity without Him in torment because you chose not to let Jesus clear your debt. That is, in torment because you can’t save yourself-nothing you can do is good enough. Jesus was perfect and owed no debt.
