Wow! Ive been a Christian 52 years, and Ive NEVER heard anything like this explained SO CLEARLY! No wonder I have resisted snd have never "signed-up" to be s "Member" of any particular church denomination. Ive attended many in my life, but there was always something difn't "sit right". Never would signn my name, because to me, it meant that I accepted all their particular doctrines, ( or maybe BELIEFS is a better word )...I just couldn't. Thank you for this video!

Please do not lump every church in the same category. I think John had a lot more to explain, but cut the video short without explaining how the Bible survived the dark ages, how it was never corrupted, and give more of an account for churches that do it the right way. Trying to say "every denomination" is someone wrong or corrupted is very arrogant, for we know a good church with a good godly pastor, who meets the qualification as given in 1 Timothy 3, does indeed teach and preach the true word of God, and there is nothing to be ashamed of and no reason to not attend a faithful church. God even commands us to meet regularly as the Church, to exhort one another, to come together in worship to edify the Church, to magnify and glorify our Lord God in an appropriate manner.

​@@brotherinchrist72 Where I live churches are buying and selling things, and even hold LGBTQ+ dances...The ones that dont do those are focused on money, passing around collection plates 3 or 4 times and the pastor telling us to donate every 30 minutes. Ive found 2 churches in my life that does it by the book. In my experience 90% of all churches are businesses not places of worship

Once I had a Baptist pastor stop by my house trying to convince me that once saved always saved, told me I didn’t save myself and I couldn’t unsave myself , it’s a gift from God. And it is a gift from God. But I’ve never believed in once saved always saved or reciting some little short prayer makes you saved and born again so I asked this pastor a question. I asked, my wife’s at work and the neighbors wife stops over needing a couple of eggs , we started really hitting it off and one thing lead to another and before I knew it we were on the couch making having sex ! I looked at this pastor and said now in the middle of the act suddenly I/we hear a loud blast of the Trumpet Gods coming back and the raptures happening am I still going to heaven ? He looked me square in the eye and said absolutely ! I just remember becoming so mad and telling him to get out of my house and never come back. I’ve never followed organized religion because there isn’t one anywhere in Gods word whatsoever it merely not to forsake the gathering with like minded believers. But never once did Yeshua/ Jesus talk about , hint at , teach or preach about any denomination. All there is is the word of God having church in each other’s homes praying worshiping, having fellowship together and studying from God‘s word no denomination just God‘s word. Because like I said, you’ll find not one time in the entire Bible cover the cover was there a denomination, you had like-minded believers in the church because that’s what they called it, but it was usually at somebody’s home not to say they didn’t have churches most often. It was in somebody’s home.. Just the opinion of an old man who loves his Savior.

I'm confused. Why would a true child of God be having sex with someone they're not married to? If you could loose your salvation none of us could keep our salvation. They're none who are good no not none. The bible says our carnel mind is at war with God. That means every thought exalts it's self at Him. Be led by the Spirit then you're not under the law. You are apart of the elect. You can't be good enough to earn salvation. Once as saved truly saved you will not even come close to having sex with your neighbor. You're still wretched tho. Christ covers you and through the Spirit you can walk like He did.

So you lied to him and made up a story? Why not just ask him openly ? And you treated him with malice and kicked him out of your home? Not very Christ-like. And I don't say that sarcastically. We are supposed to be like Christ. Why didn't you explain to him the error of his teachings and explain why you think he is misleading other Christians? You had no patience and nothing but judgment. And yes, I know we are supposed to have discernment and judgement but I think you could have went about this way differently. Setting him up for some sort of Gotcha question was sneaky, deceptive and wrong.

@@amyb7823 that’s the problem with the modern church today they’ve allowed so many false doctrine and teachings into the church. There’s so many Christians who think they’re saved and they’re not saved there deceived because like you just said yourself rightly dividing the word. And if you think that just by saying a little prayer that basically states you believe in Jesus will let me tell you something. The word of God says that Satan himself believes in Jesus and trembles at the sound of his name. Saying you believe in Jesus, doesn’t make you a Christian I think maybe you should read second Timothy chapter 4.

All I know is Paul said he would fool many....... and he wasn't talking about pagans, nonbelievers, atheists - he was referring to Christians. Couple years ago - ran into a friend from church I hadn't seen in several months due to covid. In a Costco got to talking about the end times. Without me bringing it up, she mentioned she thought a certain someone was the man of sin. But then told me she was careful whom she told because of the cult following. BECAUSE OF THE CULT FOLLOWING! SHE'S REFERRING TO HER FELLOW CHRISTIANS! ...... like Paul said - only a remnant isn't fooled by the man of sin and the lies and delusions that come with him.

I mean Abel probably had a lot of animals being a shepherd but Cain probably didn't as much because he was a soil farmer. Maybe he didn't want to pay the price to his brother for a sheep or didn't want to use one his stock being he didn't have that many in comparison to his brother? ........envy? Pastor, you said in your criticism of the Reformation theology that nowhere does it say in the Bible that some are predestined for salvation and some for damnation - but what about Romans 9:22? “Vessels of wrath, fitted to destruction” ie that the potter gets to decide what he does with the clay…does this not state that some (many) ARE predestined to be damned?

Ok, so at the end, you talk about invitationalism. You say that people aren't saved that way. So, could you explain how people get saved?

Is there any reason to believe Satan wouldn’t use a false form of Christianity? Look at contemporary churches. There are a lot of people who think they are Christians living in deception. Everyone argues that Paul says we don’t have to follow the commands. How do you reconcile that with ALL of Jesus’ teachings and 1 John 2? It starts with the Catholic Church and then all the denominations born from that. Which denomination was Jesus? Asking for a friend.

It is very SAD how unwise people are today. The first time i saw that bumper sticker was 14 years ago. All through the bible after Exodus its clear that Judaism and Islam do not mix or get along.

I don’t think the Bible discloses this. But obviously he was already compromised when he brought forth the fruit offerings which lead to jealousy corruption and murder. God already had a plan for redemption thu Jesus Christ. The blood offering represents the blood of Christ. So imho he knew. But he loved the animals (wealth) more than God and comprised the redemption plan. Yes salvation starts with faith and grace is given until we repent but imho it has a shelve life. We must become the daily sacrifice of our will.

If Cain didn't realize, then when God didn't accept his sacrifice, he COULD HAVE told God he was sorry and then made Offering PROPERLY... God's way. But he didn't. He became filled with ENVY, JEALOUSY and RAGE, & MURDERED his own Brother! Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? What did Paul say about Genesis 12:3 in Galatians 3:8, 3:16? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. 1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. 40 is everywhere in the bible.. So, to infer that it only symbolizes Lent is a little misleading. And then, to say Lent isn't found in the bible is the equivalent of saying 40 isn't found in the bible, which definitely isn't true.

Lent is NOT in the bible. 40 is a number used by God in many instances. Satan is the master of perversion. Hence the 40 days of lent.

​@JarettePetzer @boldbeliever52 Both of you are misunderstanding what I'm saying. He asked what is 40 days long in Christendom? And then immediately went to Lent as if that's the only example of 40 in the bible.. again.. that's misleading when there are other examples he could pull from but didn't because it furthers his goal of condemning Catholicism for merging pagan practices. I'm not a Catholic nor an apologist for Catholicism, but he is off on his interpretation on some of their practices. He views merging pagan practices into Christianity as a bad thing. It can be but it can also be done in a way that inverters the practices so that it glorifies God and also makes new pagan converts more comfortable. I've heard it explained like this.. there is a clear pattern in the bible that when God delivers us from the old dying world or kingdom into the new, he allows us to bring wealth and technologies with us to be reappropriate. Same thing when foreigners joined the flock as well.. like the wives of some of the Patriarchs for instance. Even the Son of Man "riding on the clouds" describe in Daniel's dream is taken from a Babylonian myth so that he could relate to the king and the king could understand. Don't forget the devil can't create, only twist the truth. So with that in mind, if we incorporate pagan holidays correctly, it's only straightening what was crooked. Pagan gods always borrow from God. That's what Atheists get wrong when they try and say Christians stole from other religions to build the characters and the story but it's actually the other way around.

Wait?! How many times have you read the bible, over 50 right? And you’re telling people THAT’S what it says about Cain’s sacrifice? Because it doesn’t! Scripture says that Cain’s offering was just of some of the fruit of the ground. Just some. The key being not of the first fruits, NOT of the best, not of the choicest, an afterthought. Yes, there are sacrifices that are a shadow and type of Christ’s but what you said about Cain’s and Abel’s is not accurate to one of them. So if the Evangelical Church is wrong, then what is correct? You are claiming that people who come to what is known as an "altar call" that you see in Baptist churches, you say they are not saved? I understand God has to do a work in their heart, and in doing so they are a new creature, but that also doesn't mean the now "born again" Christian is suddenly on a solid walk with the Lord either. It is a life long process, and many people who do not know how to pray, but want to give their life to Jesus, are lead every day into some form of a "sinners prayer" which some pastors have condemned, like Paul Washer. If someone doesn't know how to pray, and feels that conviction in church, goes up front during an "altar call" and asks the pastor or one of the deacons to show them how to get saved, and they go through the Roman Road with them, and they accept Jesus, I see nothing wrong with that. Also of note, I wish John would actually give a more precise history to show how the Bible was not corrupted, because everything he just said and showed in this video, only supports what Mormonism preaches, which is that the Bible was corrupted, the Creeds are wrong, and corruption and great apostacy happened in this time period John labels for us. You circled everything "wrong" with each segment, but failed to provide any truth or facts about the Bible not being corrupted. I would really hope that John goes into as much detail showing and proving why the Bible was never corrupted, because as Mormonism points out, the "Bible" was comprised by a bunch of people who picked and chose what they thought was cannon and what was not, under a certain king of that time, and because there was corruption taking place with Constantine merging Paganism with the Church, it became corrupted.

I see a lot of arrogance and unnecessary hatred in these comments. Not implying that this is a reflection of this man at all but we need to remember that as human beings were imperfect, as Christian's we need to help one another and when we see a fellow Christian going astray or living by false doctrines, we respond with love not disdain and judgment. Yes, have discernment, but don't forget that Christ is love. And as the body of Christ we should be helping the Lord by making sure as many of his children make it to eternal life with Him as possible. This notion of immediate judgment of another human and a writing off of them as evil and not to be helped is ridiculous. We need to do better.

Well, it looks to me like satans doing a pretty good job. He's pulling souls out of God's hands every day. If only God could actually do something about it.... Or would it be better to say if only God was willing to do something about it..... God did not create humanity and then rig the game.

God did do something about it. He provided and atonement for our sins so we could be made new amd be like new creations that chase righteousness and not evil. Jesus is that atonement. We simply must believe Jesus died for our sins, allowing it to move us to confess our sins to God, turn from them.

Charles Taze Russell (the founder of the Jehovah’s Witnesses and The Watchtower) was a Freemason and used pyramidology (pyramidism) in an attempt to ascertain the date of our Lords return. These practices are occultist and abhorrent to Almighty God and true Christians alike; God would have no dealings with a man who holds with occultist practices let alone use such a man to establish ‘truth’. If you wish to know why the JW’s have such a fascination for the name Jehovah, you might do well to study Freemasonry; I know two people who left the Freemasons and they have shown me their old books which bare a stark resemblance to early Watchtower literature (Joseph Rutherford was also counted amongst the Freemasons). To be deep in history is to cease being a Jehovah’s Witness... With that in mind, rather than doing the Devils work by trolling Christian KZread channels in an attempt to undermine Christian beliefs and lead people astray, study the Holy Bible and pray for guidance - you would be amazed at what you will discover!

I know you are a part of a fraud. The cross was a well established execution practice that the Romans used so there is one fraud you espouse that is easy to disprove. You won’t have a single member of your cult among the 144,000 either since you are not a member of any of the tribes of Israel either.

He studies Scripture, and believe what Jesus taught because Jesus is his Teacher, Master, Lord, and Savior. And Jesus taught Satan is a liar, has always been one, and even been a murderer from the beginning. This isnt a mystery if you know Jesus.

But, in all reality, you already know them, in part, for this verse is a truth. “For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:” (Romans 1:20)
