'Sarah Jane' Baker - what the hell happened?

Baker has been found NOT guilty today of the offence of “Intentionally encourage / assist the commission of a summary offence - Serious Crime Act 2007”.
Intent was not proved.
It is understood he will NOT be released after today’s verdict.
He will have to wait for a parole hearing which may be in March next year.

So inciting violence against women is not a crime but ‘hate’ speech like ‘ a woman is an adult human female’ is. 😡
They changed the charge to a more serious one against Mr Sarah Jane Baker at the last minute. The lesser charge would have secured a conviction.
