San Miguel de Allende 15,000 Foreigners Have Chosen This Dream A Reality

San Miguel de Allende 15,000 Foreigners Have Chosen This Dream A Reality #SanMigueldeAllende
15,000 Foreigners Chosen San Miguel de Allende Dream Lifestyle
About 15,000 foreigners have chosen to make this dream a reality, either living part-time or year-round in San Miguel de Allende. Their reasons are many: a moderate climate; the lower cost of living; a wide variety of classes, art, and musical events; a fascination with Mexican culture, history, and language;and perhaps most of all a slower pace of living that allows time for a rich camaraderie with people from around the world, and the time to explore new places and activities. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    There was once this guy that went to a flea market and comes back home bragging to his wife about how good of a deal he got on four new tires with rims. His wife says, "But honey, why did you buy those tires if we don't even have a car?" the husband looks at her and replies, " Awe, honey I don't complain when you buy bras." Lol

    Great video Jerry and Lori! We really appreciate all the info. But since you started living there and doing videos of Ajijic how much have the housing rent prices increased?

  • @JerryBrownTravels

    @JerryBrownTravels

    6 жыл бұрын

    Excellent question we've been here for nine years and rents that was $350 a month is $550 a month, rent that was $450 a month is $650 a month, rents that were $650 dollars know are $850 a month, also food prices have gone up 20% but our home in Hawaii that same time has increased its value by 30%. So every place everywhere has gone up. We are in Cambodia this year for five weeks and things have gone up there by 30% also.

    If l drive my car through the Texas /Mexican border to register my TIP do I have to return to the same border every 180 days to renew it? Or can I take it to the Belize/Mexican border which would actually be closer to where I will live in Mexico. Thanks

    bobyee1972 Great question. I believe you could but then you would need to get a permit to import it into Belize. And then you would have to get another permit to import it back to Mexico.
