That all looks really good and fresh. Something I noticed is that nobody wears gloves when handling or preparing food in the video. Not sure if that’s good or bad.

The only thing wrong with Mexico is the water! I wish they would/could sanitize the water... Don’t forget; you bath with it, shower with it which then enters your pores, and don’t think poorer restaurants don’t use it straight out of the tap to wash food items and utensils!!!
