I've eaten there many times. Everything is delicious but my favorite is chilli dog with fries. You must try it!!

Beautifully made video of a San Miguel de Allende phenomenon. Smack dab in the middle of a Vegan Area, this beef 🥩 restaurant has thrived against all odds including opening in the middle of a pandemic. Keep an eye on this one. It’s already an institution here in SMA, and it’s on the radar of all the expat foodies. If the food isn’t enough for you, the owners and staff can’t be beat and you’ll likely make friends with some of the happy customers.

The fact is, Chili is only part of the Chilli Billy Experience. The owners and "Carmen the Cook" are a delight, and every time I go there I meet only the nicest locals, ex-pats, and tourists. It's like there's a special screen door that denies entry to the unpleasant specimens of our species. So strap on your feedbag and get ready for some good food and great conversation. San Miguel has some fantastic gourmet restaurants, but Chilli Billy gives me a top-tier dining experience (a famous chili burger made with grass-fed organic beef) for under 200 pesos which includes beverage and tip.
