I agree that the cost in San Antonio is definitely much more affordable than major cities around the US. We also like that that lower cost of living in Texas

Thanks for the content, Pam! I’d be interested in learning which areas of SA are good for Millennial first-time home buyers. Maybe areas of convenience including night life, eateries, spas, parks/scenic photo ops, etc.

What is driving the growth. Is it the flight from California?

There are many factors driving growth. I have clients relocating here from many states, not just CA. Military personnel move typically every 2-3 years for training and SATX has many active bases. We also have low cost of living with high quality of life compared to many other major cities. Are you planning to make a move?
