Good Video. however, san antonio also offers two wonderful lakes in the south part of town and they are: Calaveras Lake and Braunic Lake which are great for boating. It also has Wood Lawn lake which is much smaller but has a great walking trail that takes you all around the lake. Lots of people there. It also has Mitchell Lake in the south side for all the bird watchers. this lake attracts birds from all over the world. San Antonio also has Morgans wonderland in the north side. It's an amusement park for the handicap but everyone is welcomed.

Hi Emelia, I see you have a lot of questions. I can share some specific neighborhoods that are family friendly with more information. Our winters are usually mild and we do get some cold days here and they usually don't last long. Crocodiles are rare and only in habitats near water. There are scorpions but you can treat your home and avoid them. It is dry here but we do get occasional thunderstorms and hail. Here is a link to a quick chat so I can answer any questions you may have. calendly.com/gatewaygroupkw/quick-chat

Been here for almost 30 years.Seems pretty diverse to me,diverse enough anyway. For all you S.A.haters;At LEAST we have a great basketball team WITH 5 Championships! That's no small feat. Some of the other commentor's suggested cities are too expensive, too much crime,or too boring(if you're not partying all the time).I don't like the way drivers here have become;AGGRESSIVE!,They have their Pedal to the metal,EVERY DAY,Every where!Pretty good bang for the buck here though.I've lived and/or visited MANY other cities,S.A.wins hands down.

I know what you're talking about. I was looking online for an apartment in San Antonio but tenants reviews often complain about their roach problem. It's the humidity and people's lifestyles that attract them. Do not leave uncovered food anywhere or at anytime.

@@SanAntonioHomesInsider in due time it'll happen. BUT finding a job down there seems difficult. I'm a fleet manager for a large trucking company. Doesn't seem like SA has much in the way of trucking....seems like most distribution is done out of Houston or Dallas.

@@cristinasalazar9293 that's subjective. HOA's in my opinion lowers a homes value because some people want to actually own their home not be told what they can and cannot do to their own property. Neighborhood looking nicer is also a matter of opinion. What my neighbor does is none of my business long as he/she isn't running a brothel or drug cartel I could care less. #mindyourbusiness

Diversity is measured by more than the race documented in the Census. Yes, San Antonio does have a higher Hispanic population. But, when it comes to diversity, the city has a lot to offer multiculturally. Here are some links to data between San Antonio and Houston as regards to demographics if anyone is interested. datausa.io/profile/geo/san-antonio-tx/#demographics datausa.io/profile/geo/houston-tx/?compare=harris-county-tx
